लद्दाख सीमा विवाद: आर्मी चीफ नरवणे दो दिन के लेह दौरे पर, सेना की तैयारियों का लेंगे जायजा

नईदिल्ली। आर्मी चीफ जनरल मनोज मुकुंद नरवणे गुरुवार को लेह पहुंच चुके हैं। वे शुक्रवार को भी वहीं रहेंगे। इस दौरान सीनियर फील्ड कमांडर उन्हें लाइन ऑफ एक्चुअल कंट्रोल की मौजूदा स्थिति के बारे में जानकारी देंगे। आर्मी चीफ चीन से चल रहे तनाव के बीच भारतीय सेना की तैयारियों का जायजा भी लेंगे।

आर्मी चीफ का दौरा ऐसे समय हो रहा है, जब बातचीत के बावजूद चीन भारतीय सीमा में घुसपैठ की कोशिश कर रहा है। 29-30 अगस्त की रात चीनी सैनिकों ने पैंगॉन्ग झीले के दक्षिणी छोर की पहाड़ी पर कब्जे की कोशिश की थी, लेकिन भारतीय जवानों ने नाकाम कर दी। तभी से दोनों के सैनिक आमने-सामने डटे हुए हैं। इसी बीच चीन के सैनिकों ने 1 सितंबर को भी घुसपैठ की कोशिश की थी।

पैंगॉन्ग झील के रिछिन ला पर डटे हैं भारतीय जवान
पूर्वी लद्दाख के पैंगॉन्ग झील इलाके में चीन की उकसावे की कार्रवाई से तनाव बना हुआ है। इसे कम करने के लिए बैठकों का दौर जारी है। इसी सिलसिले में दोनों देशों के बीच बुधवार को लगातार तीसरे दिन कमांडर लेवल की बैठक हुई। इस बीच, भारतीय सेना ने उत्तरी छोर पर अपनी तैनाती में बदलाव किया है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक फिंगर-4 की पहाड़ियों पर हमारे सैनिक नहीं हैं। तैनाती में बदलाव एहतियातन किया गया है। यह भी पता चला है कि पैंगॉन्ग से लेकर रेजांग ला और रिछिन ला तक की पूरी रिज लाइन पर भारतीय सेना का दबदबा है।

अब रिछिन ला से लेकर गुरुंग हिल और मगर हिल पर भारतीय सैनिक डटे हैं। एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि चीनियों को सबसे ज्यादा परेशानी रिछिन ला पर हमारी मौजूदगी से है, क्योंकि वहां से उनका पूरा स्पांगुर गैरीसन निगरानी में आ चुका है। भारत को अब इस मामले में काफी बढ़त मिल चुकी है।

आर्मी अफसर कर रहे हैं लगातार मीटिंग
