वतन वापसी: 7 दिन, 64 विमान, 15 हजार भारतीय, पहले करवाना होगा कोरोना टेस्ट

नई दिल्ली। विश्व में फैले कोरोना संक्रमण को देखते हुए भारत खाड़ी देशों समेत दुनिया के 12 देशों में फंसे अपने नागरिकों को लाएगा। 7 मई से शुरू होने वाले इस अभियान में 12 देशों में 64 विमान भेजे जाएंगे। इन लोगों में भारतीय छात्र और ब्लू कॉलर मजदूर समेत 14 हजार 800 लोग शामिल होंगे। हर दिन करीब 2000 लोगों को लाने की योजना है। इन्हें भारत आने से पहले कुछ जरूरी औपचारिकताएं पूरी करनी होगी। भारत सरकार ने देश लौटने के इच्छुक लोगों को रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने के लिए कहा है। इसके लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म भी जारी कर दिया गया है। वापसी के लिए फॉर्म को पूरी तरह भरने और कोरोना टेस्ट कराना जरूरी होगा।

गृह मंत्रालय के मुताबिक, केवल उन लोगों को यात्रा की अनुमति मिलेगी, जिनमें संक्रमण का कोई लक्षण नहीं होगा। भारत आने के बाद जरूरी जांच होगी और उन्हें 14 दिन तक क्वारैंटाइन किया जाएगा। लोगों को लाने के लिए एक स्टैंडर्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोटोकाल बनाया गया है। ऑपरेशन के दौरान इस प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करना होगा। दुनियाभर के भारतीय दूतावास और उच्चायोग वहां फंसे भारतीयों की सूची तैयार कर रहे हैं।

नौसेना का बचाव अभियान शुरू
नौसेना ने मालदीव और संयुक्त अरब अमीरात (यूएई) में फंसे भारतीयों को वापस लाने का अभियान सोमवार देर रात शुरू कर दिया। रक्षा मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता ने मंगलवार तड़के बताया कि मुंबई के तट पर तैनात आईएनएस जलाश्व और आईएनएस मगर को मालदीव रवाना किया। वहीं, आईएनएस शार्दुल को दुबई के लिए रवाना किया गया है। यह तीनों पोत फंसे लोगों को लेकर कोच्चि पहुंचेंगे। आईएनएस जलाश्व में एक हजार से ज्यादा लोग सवार हो सकते हैं। सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करते हुए इससे 700 से 800 भारतीय ही लौट सकेंगे। वहीं,शार्दुल और मगर से एक बार में 400 से 500 लोगों को लाया जा सकेगा।

नौसेना के 14 पोत रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के लिए तैयार
नौसेना का ऑपरेशन शुरू करने का फैसला चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ और विदेश मंत्रालय के बीच सहमति बनने के बाद लिया गया। एक बार में ज्यादा लोगों को लाने की क्षमता की वजह से बचाव अभियान के लिए नौसेना के पोतों के इस्तेमाल का फैसला लिया। रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के लिए नौसेना ने अपने 14 पोतों को तैयार रखा है। नौसेना के वाइस चीफ एडमिरल जी अशोक कुमार के मुताबिक, ऑपरेशन में पश्चिमी नेवल कमांड के 4 जहाजों, पूर्वी नेवल कमांड के 4, दक्षिणी कमांड के 3 और अंडमान निकोबार कमांड के 3 पोत लगाए जाएंगे।

संक्रमण नहीं फैले, इसका ध्यान रखा जाएगा
मालदीव और संयुक्त अरब अमीरात से लोगों को लाते वक्त संक्रमण न फैले इसका पूरा ध्यान रखा जाएगा। नौसेनिकों को पोतों पर सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करने और दूसरे ऐहतियात बरतने की पूरी प्रकिया बताई गई है। क्रू के सदस्यों को लाए जाने वाले लोगों से मिलने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। सेलिंग के लिए भी सिर्फ जरूरी क्रू मेंबर्स जहाज पर होंगे। अगर कोई पॉजिटिव होता है, तो उसे जहाज पर ही आइसोलेट करने की भी सुविधा होगी। जहाज पर चढ़ने से पहले और भारत लौटने के बाद सभी यात्रियों की स्क्रीनिंग अनिवार्य की जाएगी। इन्हें क्वारैंटाइन भी किया जाएगा।
