श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि मामले की सुनवाई अब 10 दिसंबर को

मथुरा। मथुरा में भी शुरू हुए जन्म भूमि केस में अदालत लगातार संज्ञान ले रही है। राम जन्मभूमि विवाद सुलझने के बाद अब श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि मामले पर जिला अदालत में सुनवाई चल रही है। बुधवार को जिला जज साधना रानी ठाकुर ने इस मामले की सुनवाई की जिसमें श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि सेवा संस्थान, सुन्नी सेंट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड और शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद की तरफ से वकील मौजूद रहे। इस मामले श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट को भी पक्षकार बनाया गया है लेकिन बुधवार की सुनवाई में उसकी तरफ से कोई उपस्थित नहीं हुआ। जिला जज ने सभी पक्षों को सुनते हुए सुनवाई की अगली तारीख 10 दिसंबर तय कर दी है।

श्री कृष्म जन्मभूमि की 13.37 एकड़ भूमि के स्वामित्व और शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद को हटाने की मांग को लेकर अधिवक्ता रंजना अग्निहोत्री सहित कृष्ण भक्तों ने जिला जज की अदालत में याचिका दायर की थी । इसमें श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि सेवा संस्थान ,श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट, शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद , सुन्नी सेंट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड को पार्टी बनाया गया था। कोर्ट ने सभी को नोटिस जारी कर बुधवार को उपस्थित होने के लिए तारीख दी थी। कोर्ट में मामले पर सुनवाई हुई। कृष्ण भक्त रंजना अग्निहोत्री, हरिशंकर जैन और विष्णु शंकर जैन कोर्ट पहुंचे। श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि सेवा संस्थान, सुन्नी सेंट्रल बफ बोर्ड और शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद की तरफ से उनके अधिवक्ता कोर्ट में मौजूद रहे। तारीख पर श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि ट्रस्ट की तरफ से कोर्ट में कोई उपस्थित नहीं हुआ।

श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि विवाद मामले में अखिल भारतीय तीर्थ पुरोहित महासभा, माथुर चतुर्वेदी परिषद ,अखिल भारत हिंदू महासभा की तरफ से भी जिला जज की अदालत में पक्षकार बनने के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र दिए गए थे। जिला जज साधना रानी ठाकुर ने पक्षकार बनने वाले प्रार्थना पत्रों को भी ध्यान में रखते हुए श्री कृष्ण जन्मभूमि मामले पर सुनवाई की तारीख 10 दिसंबर दे दी है। इससे पहले 25 सितंबर को श्री कृष्ण विराजमान और सात अन्य की तरफ से स्थानीय अदालत में इस मुद्दे पर याचिका दाखिल की थी जिसको 30 सितंबर को हुई सुनवाई में जज छाया शर्मा ने खारिज कर दी थी। अब अगली सुनबाई जल्द होगी
