सितंबर से शुरू हो सकती है मेट्रो ट्रेन, स्कूल-कॉलेज के खुलने की अभी कोई उम्मीद नहीं

नईदिल्ली। केंद्र सरकार ने अनलॉक 4.0 के लिए तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। अधिकारियों ने सोमवार को बताया कि अनलॉक के चौथे चरण में 1 सितंबर से मेट्रो ट्रेन सर्विस को शुरू करने की इजाजत दी जा सकती है। वहीं, स्कूल-कॉलेज के अभी खुलने की कोई उम्मीद नहीं है। न्यूज एजेंसी के मुताबिक, बार को भी खोलने की अनुमति दी जा सकती है, लेकिन काउंटर पर टेक-अवे के जरिए शराब बिक्री की शर्त पर।

मार्च से ही बंद है मेट्रो
कोरोना वायरस के बढ़ते मामलों से निपटने के लिए मेट्रो सेवाओं को मार्च के अंत में बंद कर दिया गया था। देश में अब तक 31 लाख से ज्यादा लोग संक्रमित हो चुके हैं।

स्कूलों पर फैसला अभी नहीं
देशभर के स्कूलों और अभिभावकों ने राज्य सरकारों के जरिए केंद्र को भेजे फीडबैक में कहा है कि स्कूल खोलने का फैसला स्थिति सामान्य होने के बाद ही लिया जाए। बच्चों की सेहत और जीवन को लेकर किसी भी किस्म का समझौता करने या हड़बड़ी करने की जरूरत नहीं है। इसलिए स्कूल खोलने पर फैसला आने की फिलहाल कोई संभावना नहीं है।

आधी सीट क्षमता पर खोलने की मांग
केंद्र सरकार के सूत्रों के मुताबिक, अनलॉक 4.0 में सिनेमाघर खोलने के लिए भी नियम आ सकते हैं। मॉल खोले जाने की अनुमति के बाद से सिनेमाघर और मल्टीप्लेक्स मालिक भी एक तिहाई से 50% क्षमता से पिक्चर हॉल खोलने की मांग कर रहे हैं।

सशर्त शूटिंग की इजाजत मिली
केंद्र ने रविवार से देश में कहीं भी स्टूडियो और आउटडोर शूटिंग की इजाजत दे दी है। नया स्टैंडर्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोसीजर्स जारी किया गया है। केवल किरदार को कैमरे के सामने मास्क न पहनने की छूट होगी। दो गज की दूरी जरूरी होगी। मेकअप आर्टिस्ट और हेयर स्टाइलिस्ट को पीपीई किट पहननी होगी।
