भगवान! भारतीय क्रिकेट को बचा लो – गांगुली

नई दिल्ली। बीसीसीआई के एथिक्स ऑफिसर ने दिग्गज बल्लेबाज राहुल द्रविड़ को ‘हितों के टकराव’ मामले पर नोटिस जारी किया, तो इस पर नाराजगी दिखाते हुए पूर्व कप्तान सौरभ गांगुली द्रविड़ के समर्थन में आ गए। गांगुली ने बोर्ड के इस नोटिस पर अपनी राय रखते हुए ट्वीट किया, ‘भगवान भारतीय क्रिकेट की मदद करो।’
गांगुली के इस ट्वीट पर उनकी कप्तानी में खेल चुके ऑफ स्पिनर हरभजन सिंह ने भी अपना समर्थन दिया। बीसीसीआई के एथिक्स ऑफिसर, जस्टिस (रिटायर्ड) डीके जैन ने हितों के टकराव के मामले पर, मध्य प्रदेश क्रिकेट असोसिएशन के सदस्य संजय गुप्ता के द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों के बाद द्रविड़ को नोटिस दिया था।

भारतीय क्रिकेट के लिए सालों तक अपने बल्ले से सेवा करने वाले पूर्व कप्तान राहुल द्रविड़ को नोटिस की जब खबर आई, तो सौरभ गांगुली ने इसके विरोध में ट्वीट किया। पूर्व भारतीय कप्तान ने अपने ट्वीट में लिखा, ‘भारतीय क्रिकेट में यह नया फैशन है… हितों का टकराव… खबरों में रहने के लिए शानदार तरीका है… भगवान… भारतीय क्रिकेट की मदद करो… द्रविड़ को हितों के टकराव पर बीसीसीआई के एथिक्स ऑफिसर से नोटिस मिला है।’
इसके बाद दादा का यह ट्वीट उनकी टीम के सदस्य रह चुके ऑफ स्पिनर हरभजन सिंह ने रीट्वीट करते हुए लिखा, ‘सचमुच?? मैं नहीं जानता यह कहां जा रहा है… आपको भारतीय क्रिकेट के लिए उनसे बेहतर व्यक्ति नहीं मिल सकता। इन लेजंड्स को नोटिस देना उनकी बेइज्जती करने के जैसा है… क्रिकेट को उसकी बेहतरी के लिए उनकी सेवाओं की जरूरत है… हां भगवान भारतीय क्रिकेट को बचा लो।’

बता दें द्रविड़ को इस नोटिस का जवाब देने के लिए दो सप्ताह का समय मिला है। द्रविड़ पर आरोप लगाने वाले गुप्ता के अनुसार, राहुल द्रविड़ वर्तमान में नैशनल क्रिकेट अकैडमी (NCA) के निदेशक भी हैं और वह इंडिया सीमेंट्स ग्रुप के उपाध्यक्ष भी हैं। इंडिया सीमेंट्स ग्रुप आईपीएल फ्रैंचाइजी चेन्नै सुपर किंग्स (CSK) की मालिक भी है।

इससे पहले संजय गुप्ता इसी प्रकार के आरोप पूर्व क्रिकेटर वीवीएस लक्ष्मण और सचिन तेंडुलकर पर भी लगा चुके हैं। ये दोनों पूर्व खिलाड़ी क्रिकेट अडवाइजरी कमिटी (CAC) के भी सदस्य थे और आईपीएल फ्रैंचाइजी के मेंटॉर भी थे। लक्ष्मण सनराइजर्स हैदराबाद (SRH) और सचिन मुंबई इंडियंस (MI) के मेंटॉर रहे हैं।

इससे पहले गांगुली पर भी हितों के टकराव से जुड़े मामले में इस तरह के आरोप लगे थे। गांगुली क्रिकेट असोसिएशन ऑफ बंगाल (CAB) के अध्यक्ष रहते हुए आईपीएल फ्रैंचाइजी दिल्ली कैपिटल्स (DC) के मेंटॉर बने थे। तीनों क्रिकेटरों ने इन आरोपों से इनकार किया था।
