नई दिल्ली।माइग्रेन एक आम बीमारी है जो अक्सर हो जाती है।तकरीबन 80% से 90% जनसंख्या अपने जीवनकाल में सिरदर्द से एक बार पीड़ित जरूर हो ती है और अगर हम चिकित्सकीय रूप से देखे तो 90% से 95% जो सिरदर्द होते हैं, वह साधारण सिरदर्द होते हैं। यदि सही तरह से इसके लक्षण जाने जाएं और बीमारी का इतिहास लिया जान लिया जाए तो ज्यादातर मरीजों को किसी भी तरह के टेस्ट करने कि ज़रूरत नहीं होती है। कुछ प्रकार के सिरदर्द में अलग से संकेत होते हैं। अगर वे लक्षण होते है तो ही चिकित्सक जांच के लिए बोलते हैं, अन्यथा ज्यादातर मरीजों में कोई टेस्ट या जांच की जरूरत नहीं होती। जीवनशैली प्रबंधन व दवाइयों से आसानी से ही ठीक किया जा सकता है।
न्यूरो फिजिशियन व न्यूरोलोजिस्ट डॉ। नमित गुप्ता ने कहा कि 100 मरीजों में लगभग 80 से 85 वह मरीज होते हैं, जिनमें माइग्रेन या माइग्रेन जैसे स्पेक्ट्रम विकार से पीड़ित होते हैं। माइग्रेन एक तरह का मुख्य सिर के दर्द विकार है। सिर के दर्द को दो भागों में बांटते हैं, मुख्य सिरदर्द और सेकेंडरी सिरदर्द। मुख्य सिरदर्द कि श्रेणी में माइग्रेन एक तरह से सिरदर्द है
अक्सर लोग सिरदर्द का संबंध गैस या एसिडिटी से जोड़ देते हैं। यह इसलिए है, क्योंकि ज्यादातर मामलों में माइग्रेन के मरीजों में जठरांत्र संबंधी लक्षण होते है जैसे दिल कच्चा होना, उल्टी करने का मन, पेट में भारीपन आदि। माइग्रेन का दर्द शुरू होने से पहले यह लक्षण हो सकते हैं और मरीज इसे गैस या एसिडिटी समझकर इसका उपचार करने में लग जाता है।
अधिकांश समय मरीज बिना पर्ची के दर्द निवारक दवायें ले लेते हैं। नियमित दर्द निवारक दवायें लेने पर यह गुर्दे और जिगर पर खराब प्रभाव छोड़ता है। यह दवाइयां सिरदर्द को सिर्फ रोकती हैं, फिर वह चाहे माइग्रेन का दर्द हो, ट्यूमर का या दिमाग में किसी तरह की सूजन का। यह उस बीमारी को दबा देगा और लगेगा की ठीक हो गया है पर अंदर ही अंदर वह बढ़ जाती है। अगर आपने 2-3 बार दर्द निवारक दवाइयां ली हैं और ठीक नहीं हुआ तो तुरंत डॉक्टर से परामर्श करें। चिकित्सक आपको कुछ खास दवा दे सकते हैं, जो दर्द निवारण में सहायक होंगे। इन दवाओं का आपके दूसरे अंगों पर कोई दुष्प्रभाव नहीं होगा और रोगी लंबे समय तक ले सकता है।
