इंटरनेशनल डेस्क। इजरायली संसद को भंग करने का प्राथमिक प्रस्ताव बीते दिन पास हो गया। इसकी वजह से देश में राजनीतिक गतिरोध तब बढ़ गया, जब करीब दो महीने पहले ही हुए चुनावों में प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू को जनादेश मिलता दिख रहा था। नेतन्याहू को बहुमत न मिलने से चुनाव फिर से होने के आसार हैं। अगर यह विधेयक बुधवार को पारित हो जाता है, तो इजरायल में फिर से चुनाव हो सकता है। अप्रैल में हुए चुनाव के बाद जहां नेतन्याहू जीत की तरफ जाते दिख रहे थे। उनकी लिकुड पार्टी 120 सदस्यीय संसद में सबसे बड़ी पार्टी के रूप में उभरी थी और पारंपरिक सहयोगी के विजयी उम्मीदवारों को मिलाकर वह 65 सीटों पर बढ़त बनाती दिख रही थी।

जहां सरकार बनाने की डेडलाइन समाप्ति की तरफ है, वहीं नेतन्याहू सरकार बनाने में अक्षम नजर आ रहे हैं। उनका संभावित गठबंधन पूर्व रक्षा मंत्री एविगडोर लिबरमैन के कारण संकट में पड़ गया। लिबरमैन कभी नेतन्याहू के विरोधी थे। लिबरमैन ने नए कानून को पारित करने पर जोर दिया था जिसके तहत युवा अल्ट्रा-ऑर्थोडॉक्स को मिलिट्री में भेजा जाए, जैसा कि ज्यादातर यहूदी पुरुषों को भेजा जाता है। नेतन्याहू के अल्ट्रा-ऑर्थोडॉक्स सहयोगियों की मांग थी प्रस्ताव को मिली छूट बरकरार रहे।

लिबरमैन की पार्टी इजरायल बेतेनु पार्टी के पास 5 सीटे हैं और उसके बिना नेतन्याहू सरकार नहीं बना सकते। लिबरमैन ने कहा, ‘प्रस्तावित कानून एक प्रतीक बन गया है और हम अपने प्रतीकों के मामले में नहीं झुकेंगे।’ नेतन्याहू और लिबरमैन ने सोमवार शाम को मुलाकात की ताकि कोई रास्ता निकाला जा सके। इजरायली मीडिया के मुताबिक, यह बैठक बिना किसी प्रगति के समाप्त हो गई और लिकुड के नेताओं ने बताया कि नेतन्याहू जल्द नए चुनाव के आदेश दे सकते हैं।
