ग्लोबल डेस्क। इजरायल की निजी कंपनी का पहला चंद्र अभियान नाकाम रहा। उसका यान बेरेशीट गुरुवार को चंद्रमा की सतह पर उतरने की कोशिश में क्रैश हो गया। मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, यह दुनिया का पहला निजी चंद्र अभियान था। इसे इजरायल की प्राइवेट कंपनी ने 21 फरवरी को रवाना किया था। इस अभियान में अगर कामयाबी मिलती तो इजरायल रूस, अमेरिका और चीन के बाद चांद पर यान उतारने वाला चौथा देश बन जाता। इजरायल एयरोस्पेस इंडस्ट्रीज के अंतरिक्ष विभाग के महाप्रबंधक ओफेर डोरोन ने बताया कि हमारा यान चन्द्रमा की सतह पर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया है। डोरोन ने कहा कि अंतरिक्ष यान टुकड़े-टुकड़े होकर अपने उतरने वाली जगह पर बिखर गया।
फेल हुआ इंजन और ब्रेकेज सिस्टम
बताया जा रहा है कि यान के इंजन में तकनीकी समस्या आने के बाद इसका ब्रेकिंग सिस्टम नाकाम हो गया था। लैंडिंग से कुछ ही देर पहले अंतरिक्ष यान का इंजन बंद हो गया। जब तक उसे दोबारा चालू किया जाता, यान की गति सुरक्षित लैंडिंग के हिसाब से बहुत ज्यादा थी। यह चंद्रमा की सतह से करीब 10 किलोमीटर दूर था। तभी पृथ्वी से इसका संपर्क टूट गया और यह चंद्रमा की सतह पर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया। इस मिशन के प्रमुख ने कहा, ‘दुर्भाग्य से हम चंद्रमा पर उतरने वाले चौथे देश नहीं होंगे। हम चंद्रमा के बहुत करीब थे। हम इसे फिर से जांचेंगे और कोशिश करेंगे कि आखिर क्या गलत हुआ।’

प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू इस मिशन पर कंट्रोल रूम से नजर रखे हुए थे। पूरे घटनाक्रम को प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामीन नेतन्याहू सहित कमरे में खचाखच भरे दर्शकों सहित लगभग पूरे देश ने देखा। इसका टीवी पर सीधा प्रसारण हो रहा था। उन्होंने वैज्ञानिकों का हौसला बढ़ाते हुए कहा, ‘इजरायल चांद पर उतरेगा। पहली बार में आप नाकाम रहे, फिर कोशिश करें।’ उन्होंने अगले दो साल में चंद्रमा पर यान उतारने की प्रतिज्ञा ली।
