नई दिल्ल। अब सरल बीमा लेना आसान हो जायेगा। इंश्योरेंस रेगुलेटर IRDAI ने स्टैंडर्ड टर्म लाइफ पॉलिसी लाने का ऐलान कर दिया है। हालांकि हमने ये खबर पहले ही बताई थी कि IRDAI स्टैंडर्ड टर्म पॉलिसी लेकर आने वाला है। अलग-अलग कंपनियों के अलग-अलग कई टर्म लाइफ इंश्योरेंस प्रोडक्ट हैं। जिनकी शर्तें और नियम अलग-अलग होते हैं। इसकी वजह कई बार ग्राहकों को पॉलिसी समझने में दिक्कत होती है। IRDAI के आदेश के मुताबिक बीमा कंपनियां 1 जनवरी 2021 से ये प्रोडक्ट बाजार में लॉन्च कर सकेंगी।

कोई भी ले सकेगा टर्म प्लान
स्टैंडर्ड टर्म पॉलिसी एक ऐसा प्रोडक्ट है जिसके नियम और शर्तें सभी बीमा कंपनियों के लिए बिल्कुल एक समान होंगी। किसी भी बीमा कंपनी से खरीदने पर आपको टर्म इंश्योरेंस (Term Insurance) का बेनेफिट भी एकसमान मिलेगा. इस पॉलिसी को 18 साल से लेकर 65 साल तक का कोई भी व्यक्ति ले सकता है। पॉलिसी टर्म 5 साल से 40 साल तक होगा। इसमें अधिकतम मैच्योरिटी की उम्र 70 साल होगी। इसमें 5 लाख रुपये से लेकर 25 लाख रुपये तक का सम अश्योर्ड मिलेगा।
अबतक क्या दिक्कतें थीं
अभी टर्म प्लान के साथ सबसे बड़ी दिक्कत ये होती थी कि बीमा कंपनियां ग्राहकों से इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न मांगती थीं, जिसकी वजह से छोटे-बड़े कारोबारी, व्यवसायी टर्म प्लान नहीं ले पाते थे। क्योंकि उनके पास टैक्स रिटर्न नहीं होता. टैक्स रिटर्न में कम से कम 2 लाख से 5 लाख की सालाना इनकम होना जरूरी होता था, यानी देश की 98 परसेंट आबादी से वैसे ही टर्म प्लान से बाहर हो गई। लेकिन इंश्योरेंस रेगुलेटर IRDAI ने इस शर्त को अब पॉलिसी से हटा दिया है. इसका फायदा ये होगा कि अब इसका दायरा बहुत बड़ा हो जाएगा. ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग टर्म प्लान ले सकेंगे। आइए अब समझते हैं कि सरल जीवन बीमा की खासियत है और क्या बदलाव किए गए हैं।

सरल जीवन बीमा की विशेषताएं-
1- सरल जीवन बीमा पॉलिसी को किसी भी बीमा कंपनी से खरीदने पर शर्तें और फायदे बिल्कुल एक समान होंगे, कोई भी कंपनी इसमें बदलाव नहीं कर सकेगी
2 – इसको समझना आसान होगा, इसके फीचर्स बेहद सरल होंगे ताकि पॉलिसी को समझने में कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी, कम कमाई वाले लोग भी इसे ले सकेंगे
3- शर्तें और बेनेफिट एक समान होने से इस पॉलिसी मिससैलिंग नहीं हो पाएगी. क्लेम सेटलमेंट आसान हो जाएगा।
4- ये पूरी तरह से प्योर रिस्क कवर, नॉन लिंक्ड प्रोडक्ट है, इसमें अलग से कोई राइडर नहीं
5- आत्महत्या को छोड़कर पॉलिसी में किसी भी तरह का एक्सक्लूजन नहीं होगा
6- आय, पेशा, शिक्षा, निवास स्थान पात्रता की शर्तें नहीं होंगी, इसे भारत में रहने वाला, कोई भी काम करने वाला व्यक्ति खरीद सकता है
7- इसमें सालाना के अलावा मासिक प्रीमियम भरने का भी विकल्प होगा, ECS/NACH के जरिए प्रीमियम भर सकते हैं
8- हालांकि सभी कंपनियों को प्रीमियम तय करने और पॉलिसी अंडराइटिंग का अधिकार होगा
9- पॉलिसी सरेंडर करने पर किसी तरह का भुगतान नहीं करना होगा, लोन की सुविधा नहीं मिलेगी, मैच्योरिटी लाभ नहीं होगा, क्योंकि इसमें सिर्फ डेथ बेनेफिट होता है
10- वेटिंग पीरियड 45 दिन होगा यानी पॉलिसी लेने के 45 दिन बाद ही पॉलिसी शर्तें शुरू होंगी, दुर्घटना में मौत होने पर 45 दिन से पहले भी भुगतान हो सकेगा
कुल मिलाकर अब ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग टर्म प्लान ले सकेंगे।
