भगवंत ने बचाया “आप” का मान

नई दिल्ली। 2014 में 4 लोकसभा और 2017 में 20 विधानसभा सीटों पर जीत के साथ पंजाब में धमाकेदार एंट्री मारने वाली आम आदमी पार्टी का ‘मान’ 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में भगवंत मान ने बचा लिया। संगरूर से भगवंत मान को छोड़कर पार्टी का एक भी उम्मीदवार अपनी जमानत तक बचाने में कामयाब नहीं हो सका। मान ने एक लाख से ज्यादा मतों से जीत दर्ज की।

इस लोकसभा चुनाव में आम आदमी पार्टी को 7।4 फीसदी वोट मिले। जबकि 2014 के चुनाव में ‘आप’ ने 24।4% वोट हासिल किए थे। वहीं, अगर विधानसभा चुनाव की बात की जाए तो पार्टी का वोट शेयर 23।72 फीसदी रहा है। जानकार तो यहां तक कहते हैं कि भगवंत मान की जीत में भी पार्टी का कोई योगदान नहीं, बल्कि स्थानीय स्तर पर उनकी खुद की छवि है। संगरूर के ग्रामीण इलाकों में मान की अच्छी पकड़ है।

भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी आंदोलन से जन्मी आम आदमी पार्टी को दिल्ली के बाद पंजाब के लोगों ने हाथों-हाथ लिया। लेकिन, ऐसा क्या कारण रहे कि विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद महज दो साल में पार्टी का वोट प्रतिशत में तीन गुनी की भारी कमी हुई। इसके कई कारण माने जा रहे हैं।

2015 में पार्टी में सुप्रीमो कल्चर को गलत बता उसके खिलाफ आवाज उठाने पर दो सांसदों डॉक्टर गांधी और हरिंदर सिंह खालसा को पार्टी से निलंबित कर दिया गया।

फिर स्टेट कैम्पेन कमेटी के सदस्य मनजीत सिंह ने भी पार्टी की नीतियों के खिलाफ आवाज़ उठाई तो पार्टी से अलग कर दिए गए।

2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले राज्य पार्टी अध्यक्ष सुच्चा सिंह छोटेपुर को पार्टी से निकाल दिया गया, तब उन्होंने अपने पार्टी बना ली।

पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल द्वारा ड्रग तस्करी मामले में आरोप लगाने के लिए शिरोमणि अकाली दल के नेता बिक्रम सिंह मजीठिया से माफी मांगने के बाद खैहरा ने आप नेतृत्व के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोला था। उनके साथ भगवंत मान भी मिल गए।

दोनों नेताओं ने पंजाब में आप को यहां के नेताओं और वर्कर्स से चलाने की मांग उठाई। इसी बीच भगवंत मान और संजय सिंह को पार्टी के पंजाब प्रभारी पद से इस्तीफा देना पड़ा।

दिल्ली के उप मुक्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया को पंजाब प्रभारी बनाए जाने के बाद भगवंत मान और अरविंद केजरीवाल के बीच सब ठीक हो गया और सुखपाल खैहरा को पार्टी विधायक दल के नेता और विधानसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष के पद से हटा दिया गया।

इसके बाद विवाद और गहराता चला गया। खैहरा 9 विधायकों को साथ लेकर पार्टी से अलग राह पर चल पड़े।गुरु
ग्रंथ साहिब की बेअदबी के मामले में कार्रवाई नहीं होने से नाराज लुधियाना के दाखां के विधायक एडवोकेट एचएस फूलका ने भी इस्तीफा दे दिया।

बसपा के पास नहीं बेहतर विकल्प
दूसरी ओर बहुजन समाज पार्टी ने लोकसभा चुनाव 2014 में 1.91% और 2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में 1.52% वोट हासिल किए थे। पूरा गणित लगाने के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी का नेतृत्व चाहता था कि बसपा के खाते के वोट भी उनके पक्ष में आ जाएं। आप के नेताओं का मानना था कि दलितों के पास बेहतर विकल्प न होने के कारण उनका वोट शिअद और कांग्रेस को ट्रांसफर होता है, इसलिए बसपा के साथ गठबंधन करके दलित वोट बैंक को अपने पक्ष में किया जा सकता है। हालांकि, चुनाव की घोषणा होते-होते पार्टी की इस उम्मीद पर पानी फिर गया। बसपा ने पंजाबी एकता पार्टी व अन्य के गठबंधन कर पंजाब डेमोक्रेटिक एलायंस ने अलग से कैंडीडेट घोषित कर दिए।

पार्टी को नही पंजाब की राजनीती से कोई सरोकार
अरविंद केजरीवाल के बेहद अहम मुद्दे एसवाईएल पर दिए बयान को भी दरकिनार नहीं किया जा सकता। पहले केजरीवाल सतलुज यमुना लिंक नहर के बारे में पंजाब में कहते थे कि पंजाब के पास पानी नहीं है तब किसी को कैसे दे सकते हैं? बाद में केजरीवाल हरियाणा की राजनीति में भूमिका को देखते हुए हरियाणा की हक की बात करने लगे तो जनता में यह मैसेज गया कि पार्टी को पंजाब की राजनीति से न तो ज्यादा सरोकार है और न ही कोई उम्मीद।

इस तरह पड़ा वोट शेयर पर असर
इस लोकसभा चुनाव में राज्‍य में कांग्रेस का वोट शेयर सबसे ज्यादा 7.10 फीसद बढ़ा। आप ने अपना 17.03 फीसद वोट शेयर गंवा दिया। 2014 के मुकाबले बसपा का वोट शेयर दोगुना से अधिक हो गया। आप का वोट शेयर कम होने का सबसे ज्यादा लाभ कांग्रेस को मिला। कांग्रेस का वोट शेयर 33.10 से बढ़कर 40 फीसदी से अधिक हो गया। भाजपा 8.70 के मुकाबले 9.56 फीसदी वोट शेयर पाने में कामयाब रही। ऐसे ही अकाली दल 26.30 से बढ़कर 27.5 फीसदी पर पहुंच गया।

बठिंडा से बलजिंदर कौर, जालंधर से जस्टिस जोरा सिंह, पटियाला से नीना मित्तल, अमृतसर से कुलदीप धालीवाल, श्री आनंदपुर साहिब से नरिंदर शेरगिल, फतेहगढ़ साहिब से बनदीप सिंह दूलों की जमानत जब्त हो गई। इसी तरह फरीदकोट से पिछली बार सांसद रहे प्रो। साधू सिंह के अलावा लुधियाना से प्रो। तेजपाल सिंह, गुरदासपुर से पीटर मसीह, होशियारपुर से डॉ। रवजोत सिंह, फिरोजपुर से हरजिंदर सिंह काका और खडूर साहिब से मनजिंदर सिंह सिद्धू भी पार्टी की साख को नहीं बचा सक
