लखनऊ। आज भारत बंद को लेकर यूपी में हाई अलर्ट करते हुए बड़ी चौकसी बरती जा रही हाई। उत्तर प्रदेश को आज के ‘भारत बंद’ के आह्वान के चलते हाई अलर्ट पर रखा गया है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे इस बात के लिए पर्याप्त व्यवस्था करें कि आम लोगों को ‘भारत बंद’ के कारण कोई असुविधा न हो। साथ ही उन्होंने पुलिस अधिकारियों से किसानों के साथ किसी भी प्रकार के टकराव से बचने के लिए भी कहा है। दिल्ली की सीमा से लगे सभी जिलों में विशेष सतर्कता बरती जा रही है और अतिरिक्त बलों को वहां तैनात किया गया है।

लखनऊ में जिला मजिस्ट्रेट अभिषेक प्रकाश ने राज्य की राजधानी के ग्रामीण इलाकों में धारा 144 के तहत प्रतिबंधात्मक आदेशों को बढ़ा दिया है। संयुक्त पुलिस आयुक्त नवीन अरोड़ा ने कहा है कि भारत बंद को देखते हुए सेक्टर योजना लागू की गई थी। सरकार ने एडीजी और आईजी रैंक के सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया है कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में गश्त सुनिश्चित करें और सीमा क्षेत्रों को जोड़ने वाले राजमार्गों पर भी निगरानी रखें।

राज्य के गृह विभाग ने उत्तर प्रदेश के डीजीपी एच.सी.अवस्थी से कहा है कि वे सभी जिला पुलिस प्रमुखों को स्थानीय किसान संगठनों के साथ संवाद बनाए रखने का निर्देश दें। बंद को देखते हुए दिल्ली, राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश, बिहार और झारखंड की सीमा से लगे टोल प्लाजा पॉइंट और सभी एंट्री और एग्जिट पॉइंट पर कल रात से ही व्यापक चेकिंग चल रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने पुलिस से यह भी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा है कि व्यापारियों को 4 घंटे तक चलने वाले बंद के दौरान अपने प्रतिष्ठानों-दुकानों के शटर नीचे करने के लिए मजबूर न किया जाए। बंद पूर्वाह्न 11 बजे से शुरू होगा और दोपहर 3 बजे समाप्त होगा। जिला अधिकारियों ने ऑटो, टेम्पो, टैक्सी एसोसिएशनों को भी आश्वासन दिया है कि वे निडर होकर भारत बंद के दौरान भी अपना काम जारी रख सकते हैं। एडीजी (कानून-व्यवस्था) प्रशांत कुमार ने कहा कि संवेदनशील जिलों में पीएसी की 140 कंपनियां तैनात की गई हैं, जबकि सीमा क्षेत्रों में अर्धसैनिक बलों की छह कंपनियां तैनात की गई हैं। किसी भी प्रकार की आशंका से निपटने के लिए पूरी मुस्तैदी से सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बनाई गई है।
