एचडीएफसी बैंक की दूसरी तिमाही का लोन 16 प्रतिशत बढ़ा जबकि डिपॉजिट में 20% की बढ़त

मुंबई। निजी क्षेत्र में देश के सबसे बड़े बैंक एचडीएफसी बैंक ने दूसरी तिमाही में जबरदस्त प्रदर्शन किया है। बैंक लोन में 16 प्रतिशत की बढ़त देखी गई है जबकि डिपॉजिट में 20 प्रतिशत की बढ़त हुई है। यह ग्रोथ बैंकिंग सेक्टर में काफी ज्यादा मानी जा रही है। क्योंकि सालाना आधार पर 11 सितंबर तक इस सेक्टर की डिपॉजिट ग्रोथ 12 प्रतिशत जबकि लोन की ग्रोथ 5.3 प्रतिशत रही है।

स्टॉक एक्सचेंज को बैंक ने दी जानकारी
एचडीएफसी बैंक ने स्टॉक एक्सचेंज को दी गई जानकारी में यह बात कही है। हालांकि अभी रिजल्ट आना बाकी है। बैंक ने कहा है कि सितंबर तिमाही के अंत में कुल डिपॉजिट 12.3 लाख करोड़ रुपए रही है। एक साल पहले इसी तिमाही में यह 10.2 लाख करोड़ रुपए थी। इसी अवधि में बैंक ने 10.4 लाख करोड़ रुपए का लोन दिया जो कि एक साल पहले सितंबर तिमाही में 9 लाख करोड़ रुपए था।

चालू और बचत खाता अनुपात 42 प्रतिशत रहा
देश के सबसे बड़े बैंक ने बताया कि चालू और बचत खाता अनुपात डिपॉजिट की तुलना में 42 प्रतिशत सितंबर 2020 में रहा है। एक साल पहले यह 39 प्रतिशत था। तिमाही के दौरान बैंक ने अपनी सहयोगी कंपनी एचडीएफसी से 3,026 करोड़ रुपए का लोन खरीदा, जबकि एक साल पहले 7,016 करोड़ रुपए का लोन खरीदा था।

एचडीएफसी लिमिटेड ने 95 प्रतिशत लोन का वितरण किया
एचडीएफसी लिमिटेड ने कहा कि दूसरी तिमाही में उसने 95 प्रतिशत लोन का डिस्बर्समेंट किया है। एक्सचेंज को दी गई सूचना के मुताबिक देश की सबसे बड़ी हाउसिंग फाइनेंस कंपनी एचडीएफसी लिमिटेड ने कहा कि लोन आवेदन के नंबर में तिमाही के दौरान 12 प्रतिशत की बढ़त रही है। लोन के अप्रूवल में इसकी बढ़त 9 प्रतिशत रही है। इससे पता चलता है कि होम लोन में अच्छी रिकवरी कोरोना के बाद दिख रही है।

डिविडेंड आय घटी
जानकारी के मुताबिक डिविडेंड आय दूसरी तिमाही में कम होकर 323 करोड़ रुपए रही है। एक साल पहले सितंबर तिमाही में यह 1,074 करोड़ रुपए थी। साथ ही एचडीएफसी लिमिटेड ने शेयरों की बिक्री पर इस तिमाही में कोई लाभ नहीं कमाया है। पिछले साल सितंबर तिमाही में इसने 1,627 करोड़ रुपए का लाभ शेयरों की बिक्री से कमाया था।

बैंक का शेयर मंगलवार को 2.72 प्रतिशत बढ़कर बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पर 1,144 रुपए पर बंद हुआ। इसका मार्केट कैपिटलाइजेशन 6.29 लाख करोड़ रुपए रहा। जबकि एचडीएफसी लिमिटेड का शेयर 8.35 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 1,934 रुपए पर बंद हुआ। इसका मार्केट कैपिटलाइजेशन 3.47 लाख करोड़ रुपए रहा है।
