फिरोजाबाद। रिश्तों को तार-तार करने वाली वारदात में फैसला आने पर पीड़ित परिवार को राहत मिली है। उत्तर प्रदेश के फिरोजाबाद में 8 साल की मासूम से हैवानियत और हत्या के मामले में पॉक्सो कोर्ट ने युवक को फांसी की सजा सुनाई है। युवक रिश्ते में बच्ची का चचेरे भाई है। युवक ने करीब दो साल पहले बच्ची से दरिंदगी की थी। इसके बाद उसकी गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी थी। बच्ची के परिवार ने न्याय मिलने से संतोष जाहिर किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस फैसले से कोई भी आगे ऐसी करतूत करने से डरेगा। विशेष लोक अभियोजन पॉक्सो कोर्ट अजमोद सिंह चौहान के मुताबिक, इस मामले की सुनवाई न्यायमूर्ति मृदुल दुबे की कोर्ट में की गई। इस दौरान अभियोजन पक्ष की तरफ से 11 गवाह पेश किए गए। कोर्ट ने आरोपी को दोषी मानते हुए फांसी की सजा सुनाई।
फिरोजबाद के सिरसागंज थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में 17 मार्च 2019 को 8 साल की मासूम के घर पर नामकरण का कार्यक्रम था। घर में खुशी का माहौल था। बच्ची डीजे पर डांस कर रही थी। इसी दौरान चचेरा भाई शिव शंकर उर्फ बंटू उसे 10 रुपए का लालच देकर अपने साथ खेत में ले गया। बंटू ने बच्ची के साथ खेत में हैवानियत की। इसके बाद उसकी गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी। रातभर खोज के बाद परिजनों को बच्ची का शव अगले दिन सुबह खेत में पड़ा मिला था।
बच्ची की मां की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने शिव शंकर उर्फ बंटू पुत्र अतर सिंह के खिलाफ एसआईआर दर्ज की थी। पुलिस ने नामजद एफआईआर के बाद बंटू को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। विशेष लोक अभियोजन पॉक्सो कोर्ट अजमोद सिंह चौहान के मुताबिक, इस मामले की सुनवाई न्यायमूर्ति मृदुल दुबे की कोर्ट में की गई। इस दौरान अभियोजन पक्ष की तरफ से 11 गवाह पेश किए गए। कोर्ट ने आरोपी को दोषी मानते हुए फांसी की सजा सुनाई। इस तरह के मामलों में इसी प्रकार और त्वरित फैसले हों तो निश्चित रूप से अपराधों पर अंकुश लग सकेगा।
