नई दिल्ली। नई संसद के इनॉग्रेशन में अब 2 दिन शेष बचे हैं, लेकिन इसे लेकर कांग्रेस और भाजपा आमने-सामने आ गई है। सेंगोल (राजदंड‌) पर भाजपा के दावों को कांग्रेस ने कोरी कल्पना बताया है। कांग्रेस नेता जयराम नरेश ने कहा कि ऐसा कोई दस्तावेजी साक्ष्य नहीं है कि सेंगोल को सत्ता हस्तांतरण के प्रतीक के तौर पर ब्रिटिश सत्ता के हस्तांतरण के समय नेहरू को सौंपा गया था। इससे जुड़े सभी दावे बोगस हैं।

28 मई को नई संसद के इनॉग्रेशन पर 75 रुपए का सिक्का जारी किया जाएगा। इसके एक तरफ अशोक स्तंभ, तो दूसरी तरफ संसद की तस्वीर होगी। इसे कोलकाता की टकसाल में ढाला गया है। इस मौके पर एक स्टाम्प भी लॉन्च किया जाएगा। हालांकि, सरकार ने अब तक सिक्के की फोटो जारी नहीं की है।

20 पार्टियां PM मोदी के इनॉग्रेशन करने के विरोध में, 25 शामिल होंगी
विपक्षी पार्टियां राष्ट्रपति से नए संसद भवन के इनॉग्रेशन की मांग कर रही हैं। यही वजह है कि 20 विपक्षी दलों ने समारोह के बहिष्कार का ऐलान किया है। इनका आरोप है कि राष्ट्रपति को ना बुलाना, देश के सर्वोच्च संवैधानिक पद का अपमान है।

20 पार्टियां विरोध कर रहीं: कांग्रेस, तृणमूल कांग्रेस, DMK, आम आदमी पार्टी, शिवसेना (उद्धव गुट), समाजवादी पार्टी, राजद, CPI, JMM, केरल कांग्रेस (मणि), VCK, रालोद, राकांपा, JDU, CPI (M), IUML, नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस, RSP, AIMIM और MDMK।

उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम का शेड्यूल
समारोह कैसा होगा? इसकी अब तक अधिकृत जानकारी नहीं दी गई है, लेकिन सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, यह दो फेज में होगा। पहले फेज के कार्यक्रम गांधी प्रतिमा के पास एक पंडाल में होंगे। यहां सुबह 9:30 बजे तक पूजा और अन्य अनुष्ठान होंगे। दूसरा फेस दोपहर में लोकसभा कक्ष में राष्ट्रगान के साथ शुरू होगा।

फर्स्ट फेज: सुबह 7:30 से 8:30 बजे: हवन और पूजा। 8:30 से 9 बजे तक: लोकसभा के अंदर सेंगोल को स्थापित किया जाएगा। सुबह 9-9:30 बजे: प्रार्थना सभा होगी।

दूसरा फेज: यह 12 बजे से शुरू होगा। राष्ट्रगान के साथ इसकी शुरुआत होगी। इस मौके पर दो लघु फिल्मों की स्क्रीनिंग होगी। फिर उपराष्ट्रपति और राष्ट्रपति का संदेश पढ़ा जाएगा। राज्यसभा में विपक्ष के नेता का संबोधन होगा। लोकसभा स्पीकर स्पीच देंगे। 75 रुपए का सिक्का और स्टाम्प रिलीज किया जाएगा। आखिर में PM मोदी का संबोधन होगा। करीब 2-2:30 बजे कार्यक्रम का समापन होगा।

862 करोड़ रुपए में बनी है संसद की नई बिल्डिंग
नई संसद 862 करोड़ रुपए में बनी है। PM ने 10 दिसंबर 2020 को इसकी आधारशिला रखी थी। नए संसद भवन का निर्माण 15 जनवरी 2021 को शुरू हुआ था। इस बिल्डिंग को पिछले साल नवंबर में पूरा हो जाना था। इसे रिकॉर्ड 28 महीने में बनाया गया है।
