नई दिल्ली।13 बैंकों के साथ (9000 करोड) धोखाधड़ी के मामले में फंसे विजय माल्या को UK कोर्ट ने बड़ा झटका दिया है भगोड़े शराब कारोबारी को जल्द भारत लाने की उम्मीद बढ़ गई है । माल्या ने लंदन कोर्ट में प्रत्यपर्ण के खिलाफ याचिका दायर कर खुद को बचाने की कोशिश की थी लेकिन लंदन कोर्ट ने उनकी याचिका खारिज कर उनके मंसूबों पर पानी फेर दिया । इससे पहले ब्रिटेन के होम सेक्रटरी साजिद जाविद ने माल्या के प्रत्यर्पण आदेश पर हस्ताक्षर किए थे। यूके सरकार के इस फैसले के खिलाफ माल्या ने हाई कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था। गौरतलब है कि प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) और CBI दोनों एजेंसियां माल्या के खिलाफ 9,000 करोड़ रुपये के बैंक धोखाधड़ी मामलों की जांच कर रही हैं।

बैंकों को नहीं कर पाये संतुष्ट
इससे पहले माल्या ने भारत की जेलों की हालत की दलील पेशकर बचने की कोशिश की एवं बैंकों को खुश करने के लिए अपने शानों -शौकत की जिंदगी छोड़कर एक आम जिंदगी जीने की पेशकश की थी । UK कोर्ट को भी यह जानकारी दी गई थी। दरअसल, भारतीय बैंकों को माल्या से करीब 1।145 अरब डॉलर पाउंड वसूलने हैं और बैंक इसमें से कुछ राशि निकालने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। भगोड़े शराब कारोबारी माल्या को अभी करीब 18,325।31 पाउंड की अधिकतम राशि एक सप्ताह में खर्च करने अनुमति है। हाल में ब्रिटेन के हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान माल्या ने इस राशि को घटाकर 29,500 पाउंड मासिक करने की पेशकश की। हालांकि, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की अगुआई वाले 13 बैंकों के समूह ने इस पेशकश पर सहमति नहीं दी। बैंक लंदन में माल्या के आईसीआईसीआई बैंक में जमा 2,60,000 पाउंड की राशि चाहते हैं। बैंकों के साथ कानूनी लड़ाई में माल्या का प्रतिनिधित्व कर रहे डीडब्ल्यूएफ लॉ एलएलपी ने कहा कि किंगफिशर एयरलाइंस के पूर्व प्रमुख अदालत निर्देशित खर्च की किसी भी सीमा को मानने को तैयार हैं।
