बिहार में गर्मी बनी लोगों की मौत की वजह

पटना/औरंगाबाद। प्रचंड गर्मी और लू के चलते बिहार में एक दिन में करीब 30 लोगों की जान चली गई। औरंगाबाद में लू के चलते 26 लोगों की मौत हो गई। सिविल सर्जन डॉ। सुरेंद्र प्रसाद ने बताया कि जिले में कम से कम 30 लोग का अभी गर्मी की बीमारियों के चलते इलाज चल रहा है जिसमें से 10 की हालत गंभीर है। नवादा के डीएम कौशल कुमार ने हीटस्ट्रोक के कारण जिले में तीन मौतों की पुष्टि की। वहीं डिजास्टर मैनेजमेंट कंट्रोल रूम ने गया में एक मौत की पुष्टि की।

मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने औरंगाबाद, नवादा और गया में गर्मी के चलते हुई मौतों पर दुख जताया और मृतकों के परिजनों को 4 लाख रुपये के मुआवजे की घोषणा की। उन्होंने सभी जिलाधिकारियों को प्रदेश में भयंकर गर्मी को देखते हुए एहतियातन कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने गर्मी से मौत पर दुख जताते हुए लोगों को घरों से न निकलने की सलाह दी है। उन्होंने पटना में कहा, ‘यह बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि हीटस्ट्रोक से लोगों की मौत हो रही है। मैं लोगों को सलाह दूंगा कि जब तक तापमान कम न हो घर से बाहर न निकले। प्रचंड गर्मी से दिमाग पर असर पड़ता है और फिर इससे कई तरह की बीमारियां हो जाती हैं।’

शनिवार शाम को जारी भारतीय मौसम विभाग द्वारा जारी दैनिक बुलेटिन के अनुसार, प्रदेश के कई इलाकों में अधिकतम तापमान सामान्य से अधिक रहा। औरंगाबाद में अधिकतम तापमान 43 और गया में 45 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया।

पटना मौसम केंद्र के अनुसार, मध्य और दक्षिण बिहार के कई जिलों जैसे पटना और गया में गर्मी 18 जून तक जारी रहेगी। औरंगाबाद के सिविल सर्जन ने कहा कि सदर अस्पताल में 30 से अधिक मरीजों का इलाज चल रहा है जिसमें से 10 की हालत गंभीर है।

लगातार बढ़ती मरीजों की संख्या
डॉ.प्रसाद ने बताया, ‘शाम 5 बजे के करीब जिले के हर कोने से यहां आने वाले मरीजों की संख्या बढ़ती जारी है। सभी लू और गर्मी के चलते बीमार पड़े थे। 15 लोग मृत अवस्था में अस्पताल लाए गए थे।’ औरंगाबाद के असिस्टेंट सिविल सर्जन डॉ.रवि रंजन ने बताया कि सभी संभव इंतजाम किए गए हैं लेकिन मरीजों की संख्या लगातार बढ़ रही है।

औरंगबाद डेप्युटी डिवेलपमेंट कमिश्नर (डीडीसी) घनश्याम मीणा ने बताया कि प्रथम दृष्टि में मौत का कारण लू लग रहा है। उन्होंने कहा, ‘मृतकों के पोस्टमॉर्टम के बाद और अधिक जानकारी मिलेगी।’ नवादा के डीएम कौशल कुमार ने बताया कि वहां सदर अस्पताल में शनिवार देर शाम तक गर्मी से बीमार 6 लोगों का इलाज चल रहा था।

गर्मी के कारण 19 जून तक बंद रहेंगे पटना के स्कूल
बिहार सरकार ने शनिवार को कहा कि मौसम की मौजूदा स्थिति को देखते हुए शहर में सभी स्कूल 19 जून तक बंद रहेंगे। एक आधिकारिक प्रेस रिलीज के अनुसार पटना के जिलाधिकारी कुमार रवि ने कहा कि बीते कुछ दिनों से लू की स्थिति को देखते हुए पटना के सभी सरकारी और निजी स्कूल 19 जून तक बंद रहेंगे। यह दूसरी बार है जब जिला प्रशासन ने मौसम की वजह से स्कूलों में शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों को रद्द किया है। इससे पहले नौ जून को जिलाधिकारी ने 16 जून तक स्कूलों को बंद रखने का आदेश दिया था।
