मुंबई। पहली पीढ़ी के उद्यमी और आईसीआईसीआई बैंक की फॉर्मर चीफ चंदा कोचर के पति दीपक कोचर की मुसीबतें बढ़ती जा रही हैं। मिनिस्ट्री ऑफ कॉर्पोरेट अफेयर्स (MCA) ने रजिस्ट्रार ऑफ कंपनीज यानी RoC के जरिए हाल ही में कोचर की कम से कम चार कंपनियों के खिलाफ प्रोसिक्यूशन कंप्लेंट (PC) दी है।
कंपनियों पर दंडात्मक कार्रवाई करने का आदेश
जिन कंपनियों के खिलाफ PC दर्ज हुई है, उनमें पैसेफिक कैपिटल सर्विसेज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, ईचंदा ऊर्जा प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और सुप्रीम एनर्जी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड शामिल हैं। सूत्रों ने ईटी को बताया कि मिनिस्ट्री ने मुंबई के रीजनल एमसीए ऑफिस की सिफारिश पर कोचर और वीडियोकॉन ग्रुप के चेयरमैन वी एन धूत की कंपनियों के खिलाफ दंडात्मक कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया था।
सेक्शन 447 और सेक्शन 448 में केस दर्ज
RoC की तरफ से PC दर्ज कराया जाना ICICI वीडियोकॉन लोन मामले की जांच कर रही एजेंसी की तरफ से पहली दंडात्मक कार्रवाई किए जाने के बराबर है। ICICI बैंक की फॉर्मर एमडी और सीईओ चंदा कोचर, उनके पति दीपक कोचर और धूत के खिलाफ एन्फोर्समेंट डायरेक्टरेट (ED), CBI और I-T डिपार्टमेंट सहित कई लॉ एन्फोर्समेंट एजेंसियां जांच कर रही हैं। मुंबई में एक मजिस्ट्रेट की कोर्ट में दर्ज कराई गई PC स्वीकार कर ली गई है, जिस पर 27 जून को सुनवाई होगी। सूत्रों के मुताबिक ये कंपनियां 20 से ज्यादा धाराओं के तहत कंपनी एक्ट का उल्लंघन करती पाई गई हैं। सूत्र ने बताया, ‘कुछ मामलों में कंपनियों पर सेक्शन 447 और सेक्शन 448 लगा है जो फ्रॉड से जुड़ा है।’
सूत्रों के अनुसार
सूत्र ने कहा, ‘जहां तक धूत की बात है तो, पीसी वीडियोकॉन इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड (VIL) के खिलाफ भी कंपनी एक्ट की 20 से ज्यादा धाराओं के उल्लंघन का मामला है।’ सूत्रों ने बताया कि ये कंपनियां RoC की तरफ से दंडित की जानेवाली फर्मों की पहली सूची वाली हैं, लेकिन मामले में जिन दूसरी कंपनियों के खिलाफ जांच चल रही है उनके साथ भी ऐसा ही हो सकता है।
कोचर और धूत की कंपनियों की जांच में मुंबई के रीजनल ऑफिस ने पाया कि वीडियोकॉन ग्रुप की तरफ से कोचर ग्रुप को 64 करोड़ रुपये ट्रांसफर किए गए थे, जिसे वसूल करने को लेकर लेनदार का गंभीर नजर नहीं आ रहा था। ईटी ने इस जांच रिपोर्ट को देखा है।
