पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री ने कश्मीर मुद्दे पर जर्मनी की चांसलर से की बात

इंटरनेशनल डेस्क। कश्मीर मुद्दे पर चारों तरफ से बेइज्जत होने के बाद पाकिस्तान अब जर्मनी की शरण में जा पहुंचा है। पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री इमरान खान ने शुक्रवार को जर्मनी की चांसलर एंजेला मर्केल से कश्मीर मुद्दे पर फोन पर बातचीत की। विदेश दफ्तर ने बताया कि बातचीत के दौरान इमरान ने कहा कि भारत की ओर से जम्मू-कश्मीर के विशेष दर्जे को खत्म करने का क्षेत्र में शांति एवं सुरक्षा पर गंभीर प्रभाव पड़ेगा। इसलिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय की तत्काल कार्रवाई की जिम्मेदारी है।

पाकिस्तान से कहा, असलियत स्वीकार करें
विदेश कार्यालय के मुताबिक, मर्केल ने कहा कि जर्मनी हालात पर करीब से नज़र बनाए हुए है। उन्होंने तनाव कम करने तथा मुद्दे को शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से हल करने की अहमियत को रेखांकित किया। आपको बता दें कि भारत ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय को साफ-साफ बता दिया है कि जम्मू-कश्मीर के विशेष दर्जे को हटाना उसका अंदरूनी मामला है। साथ में उसने पाकिस्तान को असलियत स्वीकार करने की भी सलाह दी थी। विदेश दफ्तर ने बताया कि विदेश मंत्री शाह महमूद कुरैशी ने भी मालदीव के अपने समकक्ष अब्दुल्ला शाहिद को कश्मीर मुद्दे पर ‘जानकारी’ दी। उसने बताया कि कुरैशी ने मालदीव से क्षेत्र में शांति और स्थिरता के लिए तथा विवादों के शांतिपूर्ण समाधान के लिए रचनात्मक भूमिका निभाने की गुजारिश की।

कुरैशी ने फ़ोन पर की कश्मीर मुद्दे पर चर्चा
शाहिद ने कुरैशी से कहा कि मालदीव मानता है कि भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 370 के संबंध में भारत का फैसला उसका आंतरिक मामला है। मामले में मालदीव के विदेश मंत्रालय ने एक बयान में कहा कि शाहिद ने टेलिफोन कॉल के लिए कुरैशी का शुक्रिया अदा किया और कहा कि पाकिस्तान तथा भारत, दोनों मालदीव के करीबी दोस्त हैं और द्विपक्षीय साझेदार हैं। शाहिद ने देशों के बीच मतभेदों को शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से सौहार्दपूर्ण माहौल में हल करने की अहमियत पर ज़ोर दिया। कुरैशी ने अपने जापानी समकक्ष तारो कोनो से भी टेलीफोन पर बातचीत की तथा कश्मीर मुद्दे पर चर्चा की।

कश्मीर मुद्दा द्विपक्षीय तरीके से हल करना चाहिए- मैक्रों
इससे पहले गुरुवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के साथ आमने-सामने हुई लंबी बातचीत के बाद फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति एमैनुअल मैक्रों ने कहा था कि भारत और पाकिस्तान को कश्मीर मुद्दा द्विपक्षीय तरीके से हल करना चाहिए और किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष को क्षेत्र में न तो हस्तक्षेप करना चाहिए और न ही वहां हिंसा को उकसाना चाहिए।
