नई दिल्ली। बीते साल स्टेट बैंक आफ इंडिया में 5 सहयोगी बैंक और महिला बैंक के विलय के बाद अब सरकार दो और सरकारी बैंकों का विलय करने जा रही है। 31 मार्च कर विलय की सारी प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जाएगी और 1 अप्रैल 2019 से विलय प्रभावी हो जाएगा। 1 अप्रैल से विजया बैंक और देना बैंक का विलय बैंक आफ बड़ौदा में हो जाएगा।


31 मार्च तक विलय की सारी प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली जाएगी। बैंक आफ बड़ौदा ने यह जानकारी दी है। बैंक के निदेशक मंडल ने विजया बैंक और देना बैंक के शेयरधारकों को बैंक आफ बड़ौदा के इक्विटी शेयर जारी करने और इसे आवंटित करने के लिए रिकॉर्ड तारीख 11 मार्च तय की है।
बैंकों के इस विलय को लेकर बैंक के निदेशक मंडल ने साफ किया है कि इस मर्जर का बैंक के खाताधारकों पर कोई असर नहीं होगा। देना बैंक और विजया बैंक के खाताधारकों को इस मर्जर प्रक्रिया से कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ेगा। बैंक जो भी फैसले लेगा उसके बारे में ग्राहकों को पहले सूचित किया जाएगा। हालांकि खाताधारकों के लिए थोड़ा कागजी काम जरूर बढ़ जाएगा।

बैंक आफ बड़ौदा में विलय के बाद देना बैंक और विजया बैंक के खाताधारकों को नए चेकबुक, पासबुक बनवाने होंगे। इसके लिए बैंक पर्याप्त समय देगा और खाताधारकों की पूरी मदद करेगा।
शेयरधारकों को कितने मिलेंगे शेयर इस विलय की योजना के तहत विजया बैंक के शेयरधारकों को प्रत्येक 1000 शेयर पर बैंक आॅफ बड़ौदा के 402 इक्विटी शेयर मिलेंगे। वहीं देना बैंक के शेयरधारकों को प्रत्येक 1000 शेयरों पर बैंक आॅफ बड़ौदा के 110 शेयर मिलेंगे।

आफ बड़ौदा में विलय के बाद देना बैंक और विजया बैंक के खाताधारकों को नए चेकबुक, पासबुक बनवाने होंगे। इसके लिए बैंक पर्याप्त समय देगा और खाताधारकों की पूरी मदद करेगा।
