झारखंड में एसपी के हत्यारे 25 लाख के इनामी नक्सली ने किया सरेंडर

रांची। झारखंड में प्रतिबंधित नक्सली संगठन भाकपा माओवादी के बिहार-बंगाल स्पेशल एरिया कमेटी के सदस्य और 25 लाख रुपये के इनामी नक्सली बलवीर महतो ने आत्मसमर्पण कर दिया है। गिरिडीहनगर थाना क्षेत्र के पुलिस लाइन में आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान कुख्यात नक्सली बलबीर महतो उर्फ रौशन दा उर्फ विपुल दा ने गुरुवार को सरेंडर किया। इस दौरान डीआईजी पंकज काम्बोज, गिरिडीह एसपी सुरेंद्र झा सहित कई अन्य पुलिस कर्मी मौजूद रहे।

समर्पण के बाद प्रशासन के द्वारा उसे दो लाख रुपये का चेक दिया गया। बलवीर के मुताबिक जो लालच देकर लोगों को नक्सली संगठन में लाया जाता हैं, वहां वैसी कोई सुविधा उन्हें नहीं दी जाती हैं। बीमार होने पर संगठन कोई ख्याल नहीं रखता है।

पुलिस को तीन पेज के दिए लिखित बयान में बलबीर ने बताया कि वो बिना किसी डर या दबाव के आत्मसमर्पण कर रहा है। उसने बयान में लिखा है कि सीपीआई माओवादी में आने से पहले घर की आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं रहने के चलते 1999 में मुंबई काम करने गया। यहां पांच साल तक होटल में वेटर के तौर पर काम किया। इस दौरान किसी से मारपीट हुई तो वापस घर आ गया।

सरेंडर करने वाले नक्सली बलबीर पर पाकुड़ के तत्कालीन एसपी अमरजीत बलिहार की हत्या का मुख्य सूत्रधार होने, गिरिडीह कैदी वाहन ब्रेक में शामिल होने, सारंडा जंगल मुठभेड़ समेत करीब दो दर्जन मामलों में शामिल होने का आरोप है। 2006 में सोनो थाना के दो ट्रैक्टर जलाने की घटना तथा चडका पत्थगर गांव के चौकीदार की हत्या में भी मैं शामिल था। वर्ष 2015 में दो बार संथाल परगना में गाड़ी जलाई। वर्ष 2016 में कैडा पहाड़ी गांव में थाना में गाड़ी को आग के हवाले किया। वर्ष 2017 में देवघर के पोखरिया गांव सुनील पहाड़िया के मर्डर में भी शामिल था।
