नई दिल्ली। लोकसभा के पांचवे चरण में 51 सीटों पर कड़ा मुकाबला आज है। केसे बीजेपी का खेल बना-बिगाड़ सकती हैं आज की 51 सीटें। दिल्ली की कुर्सी की जंग के लिए यह बेहद महत्वपूर्ण चरण है। बीजेपी के लिए यह चरण तो काफी अहम है। 2014 के चुनाव में बीजेपी ने इन 51 सीटों में से 40 पर जीत दर्ज की थी जबकि कांग्रेेस को सिर्फ दो सीटों पर जीत मिली थी। ऐसे में बीजेपी के लिए यहां काफी कुछ दांव पर लगा है।
कितनी सीटों पे चुनाव आज-
पांचवें चरण में यूपी की 14, पश्चिम बंगाल की 7, बिहार की 5, झारखंड की 4 और जम्मू-कश्मीर की दो सीट पर वोट डाले जा रहे हैं। इसके अलावा राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश की भी सीटों पर मतदान हो रहा है। राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश दोनों ही जगह विधानसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी सरकार बनाने से चूक गई थी, ऐसे यहां बीजेपी के लिए आर या पार की लड़ाई है। इन सीटों में ज्यादातर पर बीजेपी और कांग्रेस में सीधी टक्कर है। पीएम मोदी के जबरदस्त प्रचार ने इन सीटों पर मुकाबला रोचक बना दिया है।
पांचवें चरण में राजस्थान की 25 में से 12 सीटों और मध्य प्रदेश की 29 में से 7 सीटों पर चुनाव हो रहा है। 2014 में जहां राजस्थान में बीजेपी ने सारी सीटें जीती थीं तो वहीं मध्य प्रदेश में मात्र 2 सीटों पर चूक गई थी। पांचवें चरण के चुनाव के साथ राजस्थान की सभी सीटों पर मतदान हो जाएगा, जबकि मध्य प्रदेश में एक राउंड और होगा।
इसके अलावा पूर्वी यूपी की कुछ महत्वपूर्ण सीटों पर पांचवें, छठें और सातवें चरण की लड़ाई यह तय करेगी कि एसपी-बीएसपी गठबंधन बीजेपी की जीत का पहिया रोकती है या फिर पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी का हिंदुत्व प्लस विकास का दांव भारी पड़ता है। इस चरण में सोनिया गांधी के गढ़ रायबरेली और कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी की अमेठी में भी मतदान हो रहा है। एसपी-बीएसपी ने इन दोनों सीटों पर कांग्रेस को समर्थन दिया है।

यूपी में सोनिया-राहुल और राजनाथ का मुकाबला
पांचवें चरण में उत्तर प्रदेश में अवध क्षेत्र में मतदान हो रहे हैं जहां बीजेपी और कांग्रेस की लड़ाई की बड़ी तस्वीर सामने है। 14 सीटों में बीजेपी ने 2014 में 12 सीटें जीती थीं। सिर्फ रायबरेली और अमेठी में ही बीजेपी चूक गई थी। वहीं 2009 में कांग्रेस ने 14 सीटों में से 7 सीटें जीती थीं।
इस बार कांग्रेस न सिर्फ दो सीटों पर बल्कि धौरहरा, बारांबकी, फैजाबाद और सीतापुर में भी बीजेपी को कड़ी टक्कर दे रही है। अमेठी में राहुल गांधी और स्मृति इरानी एक बार फिर आमने-सामने हैं तो रायबरेली में सोनिया के सहयोगी रह चुके दिनेश सिंह उनके खिलाफ बीजेपी के टिकट से चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं।
लखनऊ में केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह का मुकाबला गठबंधन की प्रत्याशी पूनम सिन्हा से है। वहीं रिजर्व सीट मोहनलालगंज में बीजेपी के मौजूदा सांसद कौशल किशोर के सामने गठबंधन से सीएल वर्मा और कांग्रेस से आरके चौधरी हैं। फैजाबाद में बीजेपी सांसद लल्लू सिंह, गठबंधन के प्रत्याशी आनंद सेन और कांग्रेस के निर्मल खत्री के बीच मुकाबला है। इसके अलावा नेपाल सीमा के पास स्थित धौरहरा सीट पर कांग्रेस के जितिन प्रसाद और बीजेपी की रेखा वर्मा के बीच दिलचस्प मुकाबला है।
कांग्रेस के लिए राजस्थान में कड़ा मुकाबला आज
इस चरण में एमपी और राजस्थान में दिलचस्प मुकाबला देखने को मिल रहा है। पिछले साल दिसंबर में हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी दोनों हिंदी पट्टी के राज्यों में हार गई थी और कांग्रेस ने यहां सरकार बनाई थी लेकिन बीजेपी राष्ट्रीय चुनाव अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने के लिए भारी दांव लगा रही है। दूसरी ओर, चार महीने पहले ही बनी सरकार के बावजूद कांग्रेस को यहां चुनौती का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
राजस्थान में पूर्वी हिस्से में सभी 12 सीटों पर चुनाव हो रहे हैं जिसे डेप्युटी सीएम सचिन पायलट का गढ़ माना जाता है। यहां गुर्जरों की आबादी बहुल हैं जो सचिन पायलट को सीएम न बनाए जाने के चलते कांग्रेस नेतृत्व से नाराज हैं। हालांकि सचिन चाहते हैं कि वे एकजुट रहें ताकि उनके वोटों का बंटवारा न हो।
12 सीटों के अंदर राजस्थान की 96 विधानसभा सीटें आती हैं जिसमें 2018 में कांग्रेस ने 57 पर जीत दर्ज की थी। वसुंधरा राजे की सरकार के समय कथित गोरक्षकों की हिंसा के चलते अलवर और भरतपुर चर्चा में आया था जहां मेव मुस्लिमों की आबादी अधिक है। जयपुर में बीजेपी के मौजूदा सांसद रामचरण बोहरा का कांग्रेस की ज्योति खंडेलवाल से मुकाबला है।
वहीं जयपुर ग्रामीण में दो ओलंपियनों के बीच लड़ाई है। यहां बीजेपी की तरफ से केंद्रीय मंत्री राज्यवर्धन सिंह राठौर का मुकाबला कांग्रेस की कृष्णा पूनिया से है।
कांग्रेस कर्जमाफी योजना पर लड़ेगी चुनाव
मध्य प्रदेश की जिन 7 सीटों पर मतदान हो रहा है, सभी में 2014 में बीजेपी जीत चुकी है। मध्य प्रदेश में इस चरण में तीन क्षेत्रों में चुनाव हो रहा है- विद्यांचल (सतना और रीवा), बुंदेलखंड (टीकमगढ़, दमोह और खजुराहो) और मध्य भारत (होशंगाबाद और बेतुल)।
इस बार कांग्रेस अपना कृषि ऋण माफी योजना पर लड़ रही है जो विधानसभा चुनाव में उसके लिए गेमचेंजर साबित हो चुका है। कांग्रेस को यकीन है कि कर्जमाफी इस बार भी उसके लिए टॉनिक का काम करेगी।

पश्चिम बंगाल में हिंसा के चलते माहौल गर्म है। पांचवें चरण में यहां 7 सीटों पर मतदान जारी है- हावड़ा, बोनगांव, सेरामपोर, हुगली, उलुबेरिया और आरामबाग। टाटा नैनो प्लांट के खिलाफ सिंगुर भूमि आंदोलन के समर्थन की लहर की वजह से 2011 में बंगाल में ममता और तृणमूल कांग्रेस ने सत्ता में वापसी की थी। लेकिन तब से चीजें अब बदल गई हैं और तृणमूल आज इनमें से अधिकांश निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में चुनौतियों का सामना कर रही है।
झारखंड में बीजेपी का नए चेहरों पर दांव
झारखंड में तीन सीटों पर (कोडरमा, रांची और खूंटी) बीजेपी ने नए चेहरों पर दांव लगाया है। इसके अलावा हजारीबाग से मौजूदा सांसद जयंत सिन्हा ही चुनावी मैदान में है। बीजेपी ने कोडरमा का सात बार प्रतिनिधित्व किया है लेकिन यहां से पहले सीएम बाबूलाल मरांडी के 2006 में बीजेपी छोड़कर जेवीएम-पी नाम से नई पार्टी बनाने के बाद बीजेपी यहां सिर्फ 2014 में ही जीती थी।
इस बार बीजेपी ने यहां से मौजूदा सांसद रविंद्र कुमार राय की जगह आरजेडी छोड़कर पार्टी में शामिल हुईं अन्नापूर्णा देवी को टिकट दिया है। रांची में बीजेपी ने संजय सेठ पर दांव लगाया है जबकि खूंटी में बीजेपी ने पूर्व सीएम अर्जुन मुंडा को उम्मीदवार बनाया है।
एनडीए को विपक्ष के महागठबंधन से चुनौती
बिहार में एनडीए को सभी 5 सीटों पर विपक्ष के महागठबंधन से चुनौती मिल रही है। बीजेपी, जेडी(यू) और एलजेपी वाले एनडीए ने बिहार की इन सभी 5 सीटों – सीतामढ़ी, मधुबनी, सारण, मुजफ्फरपुर और हाजीपुर में 2014 में जीत दर्ज की थी।
