अतर्रा (बांदा)। विद्यालय केवल भवन नहीं होता बल्कि वह समाज निर्माण का आधार स्थल है। यहां बच्चे एक दूसरे से सीखते हैं और अपने जीवन में कार्य व्यवहार में वैसा आचरण करते हैं। वास्तव में विद्यालय समाज का एक सांस्कृतिक केंद्र है जहां लोक कलाओं एवं परंपरागत कौशलों को जगह मिलनी चाहिए। उक्त विचार शैक्षिक संवाद मंच अतर्रा की मासिक बैठक में मंच के संस्थापक प्रमोद दीक्षित ‘मलय’ ने व्यक्त किये। बैठक में उपस्थित सदस्यों का मार्गदर्शन करते हुए कहा कि विद्यालय को आकर्षक बना लेने के साथ ही ऐसा रचनात्मक और बाल मैत्रीपूर्ण वातावरण भी बनाना होगा ताकि बच्चों को वहां आना रुचिकर लगे और वे अपनापन महसूस कर सकें। विद्यालय यदि देह माना जाए तो बच्चे उसका प्राण है । बच्चों का कलरव ही विद्यालय की धड़कन है । हमको ऐसे बच्चों का निर्माण करना है जो सर्व समावेशी संस्कृति के पोषक हो और जिनके हृदय में सत्य, प्रेम, सद्भाव, अहिंसा, समता, सामाजिक समरसता, विश्वास, न्याय, सामूहिकता और सभी के प्रति पारिवारिक आत्मीय भाव का अंकुरण एवं पल्लवन हो। उनके चेहरे आत्मविश्वास, सत्साहस और चुनौतियों से जूझने के दृढ संकल्प के ओज से चमक रहे हों।
इस अवसर पर श्रीमती मीरा वर्मा ने कहा के बच्चों से प्रेमपूर्ण व्यवहार करके ही हम उनके साथ काम कर पायेंगे। बच्चों में रचनात्मक क्षमता बहुत होती है। हमें कक्षा और विद्यालय में बच्चों की रचनात्मकता को प्रकट करने का अवसर देना होगा। संकुल प्रभारी रामकिशोर पांडेय ने कहा कि बच्चों के सहयोग से विद्यालय में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन सहजता से सम्भव है। प्रार्थना स्थल पर अभिभावकों को बुलाकर उनके अनुभव बच्चों को सुनवाना बहुत लाभदायक है। चंद्रशेखर सेन ने अनुभवों को व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि विद्यालय से गांव को जोडना जरूरी है। गांव की आत्मीयता स्कूलों से जुडेगी तो स्कूल सुरक्षित रहेंगे।
सौरभ गुप्ता ने प्रबंध समितियों को सक्रिय करने हेतु नियमित बैठक करने का सुझाव दिया। अंत में सभी ने तय किया कि मंच से शिक्षकों को जोडा जाये और विद्यालयों की बेहतरी के लिए योजना बनाकर काम किया जाना उचित होगा। मंच द्वारा शिक्षकों के अनुभव की एक पुस्तिक प्रकाशित की जायेगी।
