4 मई से खुलेंगे मॉल, शराब के आउटलेट्स, सरकार ने दिए संकेत

बेंगलुरु। देश में चल रहे लॉकडाउन को ग्रीन जोन के लिए 4 मई से खोल दिया जायेगा वहीं कर्नाटक सरकार ने संकेत दिए हैं कि वह 4 मई से राज्‍य में अधिकांश कमर्शियल और औद्योगिक गतिविधियों को फिर से शुरू करने की इजाजत दे सकती है। हालांकि यह छूट कोरोना कंटेनमेंट जोन को छोड़कर बाकी इलाकों में लागू होगी। फिलहाल देशभर में 3 मई तक लॉकडाउन लागू है।

राज्‍य पहले ही कोरोना से मुक्‍त इलाकों में कुछ मामलों में रियायत दे चुका है। अब सरकार की योजना शराब की दुकानों, शॉपिंग मॉल्‍स और दूसरी कमर्शियल गतिविधियों को शुरू करने की है। इसके लिए कंटेनमेंट जोन की जगह कोरोना से प्रभावित इलाकों में ही लागू किया जाएगा। कंटेनमेंट जोनों में लॉकडाउन की बंदिशें सख्‍ती से लागू होंगी। लेकिन योजना लागू करने से पहले राज्‍य सरकार केंद्र के दिशानिर्देशों का इंतजार कर रही है।

सप्‍ताह के शुरू में ही दी थी कुछ रियायत
इस सप्‍ताह की शुरूआत में ही राज्‍य सरकार ने ग्रीन और ऑरेंज जोन में स्‍टैंड अलोन दुकानें खोलने के अलावा धीरे-धीरे आईटी सेक्‍टरों, चुनिंदा उद्योगों, 15 सरकारी विभागों, कृषि और संबंधित गतिविधियों को मंजूरी दे दी थी।

3 मई के बाद के रोडमैप पर विचार के लिए बुलाई कैबिनेट बैठक के बाद सीएम बीएस येदियुरप्‍पा ने कहा था, ‘चूंकि कोरोना के मामले अभी दो-तीन महीने तक जारी रहेंगे इसलिए इस महामारी को रोकने की कोशिशें और आर्थिक गतिविधियां साथ-साथ चलानी होंगी। हमने फैसला किया है कि 4 मई से कंटेनमेंट जोन छोड़कर बाकी राज्‍य में औद्योगिक और कमर्शियल गतिविधियां शुरू कर दें।’
