नई दिल्‍ली। राजधानी दिल्ली एक बार फिर भूकंप के झटकों से घबरा गई है। नेशनल सेंटर फॉर सीस्‍मोलॉजी के मुताबिक, शुक्रवार को एक बार फिर कम तीव्रता का भूकंप दिल्‍ली के पीतमपुरा में आया। इसकी रिक्‍टर स्‍केल पर तीव्रता 2.2 थी। बहुत से लोगों को एहसास भी नहीं हुआ कि भूकंप का कोई झटका लगा है। मगर दिल्‍ली में पिछले दिनों भूकंप आने के मामले बढ़े हैं। अभी 10 मई को वजीरपुर में 3.5 तीव्रता का भूकंप आया था। उससे पहले 12 और 13 अप्रैल को भी दिल्ली में भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए थे।

बार-बार भूकंप का शिकार हो रही दिल्‍ली
दिल्‍ली में अप्रैल-मई के भीतर पांच भूकंप आ चुके हैं। 10 मई को 3.4 तीव्रता वाली भूकंप का केंद्र सतह से पांच किलोमीटर की गहराई में स्थित था। इसमें किसी तरह के जानमाल के नुकसान की सूचना नहीं मिली। इसके अलावा 3 मई को भी एक हल्‍का भूकंप आया था। इससे पहले, 12 अप्रैल को दिल्ली-एनसीआर में शाम 5:50 के करीब भूकंप के झटके महसूस किए गए थे। इसके बाद 13 अप्रैल को फिर भूकंप आया था। इस दिन रिक्टर स्केल पर तीव्रता 2.7 दर्ज की गई थी। लॉकडाउन की वजह से लोग घरों में ही हैं, ऐसे में भूकंप के झटके आने पर पैनिक हो जाना स्वाभाविक था।

भूकंप के मामले में संवेदनशील है दिल्ली
भूकंप को लेकर दिल्ली बहुत संवेदनशील है। दिल्ली और इसके आसपास के इलाके को भूवैज्ञानिकों ने जोन 4 में रखा है। इस क्षेत्र में 7.9 तीव्रता तक का भूकंप आ सकता है। जिससे व्यापक तौर पर जनहानि संभव है। दिल्ली में भूकंप की आशंका वाले इलाकों में यमुना तट के करीबी इलाके, पूर्वी दिल्ली, शाहदरा, मयूर विहार, लक्ष्मी नगर और गुड़गांव, रेवाड़ी तथा नोएडा के नजदीकी क्षेत्र शामिल हैं।

क्‍या है भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप में भूकंप का कारण
भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप में विनाशकारी भूकंप आते रहे हैं। 2001 में गुजरात के कच्छ क्षेत्र में आए भूकंप में हजारों की संख्या में लोग मारे गए थे। भारत तकरीबन 47 मिलीमीटर प्रति वर्ष की गति से एशिया से टकरा रहा है। टेक्टॉनिक प्लेटों में टक्कर के कारण ही भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप में अक्सर भूकंप आते रहते हैं। हालांकि भूजल में कमी से टेक्टॉनिक प्लेटों की गति में धीमी हुई है।

4 हिस्सों में बंटा है भारत का भूकंप जोन
भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ने विभिन्न एजेंसियों से प्राप्त वैज्ञानिक जानकारियों के आधार पर पूरे भारत को चार भूकंपीय जोनों में बांटा है। इसमें सबसे ज्यादा खतरनाक जोन 5 है। वैज्ञानिकों के अनुसार, इस क्षेत्र में रिक्टर स्केल पर 9 तीव्रता का भूकंप आ सकता है। जानिए भारत का कौन सा क्षेत्र किस जोन में स्थित है।

जोन 5
जोन-5 में पूरा पूर्वोत्तर भारत, जम्मू-कश्मीर के कुछ हिस्से, हिमाचल प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, गुजरात में कच्छ का रन, उत्तर बिहार का कुछ हिस्सा और अंडमान निकोबार द्वीप समूह शामिल है। इस क्षेत्र में अक्सर भूकंप आते रहते हैं।

जोन-4
जोन-4 में जम्मू-कश्मीर और हिमाचल प्रदेश के बाकी हिस्से, दिल्ली, सिक्किम, उत्तर प्रदेश के उत्तरी भाग, सिंधु-गंगा थाला, बिहार और पश्चिम बंगाल, गुजरात के कुछ हिस्से और पश्चिमी तट के समीप महाराष्ट्र का कुछ हिस्सा और राजस्थान शामिल है।

जोन-3
जोन-3 में केरल, गोवा, लक्षद्वीप द्वीपसमूह, उत्तर प्रदेश के बाकी हिस्से, गुजरात और पश्चिम बंगाल, पंजाब के हिस्से, राजस्थान, मध्यप्रदेश, बिहार, झारखंड, छत्तीसगढ़, महाराष्ट्र, ओडिशा, आंध्र प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु और कर्नाटक शामिल हैं।

जोन-2
जोन-2 भूकंप की दृष्टि से सबसे कम सक्रिय क्षेत्र है। इसे सबसे कम तबाही के खतरे वाले क्षेत्र की श्रेणी में रखा गया है। जोन-2 में देश का बाकी हिस्से शामिल हैं।
