आगरा। डॉ. बीआर आंबेडकर विश्वविद्यालय के पर्यटन एवं होटल प्रबंधन विभाग द्वारा ताजमहल पर तैनात सीआईएसएफ के जवानों के लिए एक विशिष्ट कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। साथी सहयोगी नाम की इस कार्यशाला में पर्यटकों के साथ कैसा व्यवहार किया जाए, कैसे अपनी जिम्मेवारी का निर्वहन बिना किसी तनाव और मुस्कुराहट के साथ किया जाए आदि पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

पर्यटन के सांस्कृतिक-साहित्य महत्त्व को बताया
कार्यशाला में मुख्य अतिथि विश्वविद्यालय की कुलपति प्रो. आशू रानी ने कहा कि आप सभी लोग इस देश के राजदूत है, अगर आप लोग अच्छा व्यवहार करेंगे तो ज्यादा से ज्यादा पर्यटक आएंगे और देश की तरक्की में अपना योगदान करेंगे। प्रसिद्ध समाज सेवी और हेल्प आगरा फाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष मुकेश जैन ने अध्यक्षता करते हुए जवानों की समस्याओं को जाना तथा उन समस्याओं को संबंधित अधिकारियों तक पहुंचाने के लिए आश्वासन दिया। उन्होंने पर्यटन के सांस्कृतिक – साहित्य और सामाजिक महत्त्व के बारे में विस्तार से समझाया।

व्यक्तित्व विकास के सिखाये गुर
इस कार्यशाला में पर्यटन के आर्थिक पहलुओं को समझाने के लिए स्वदेशी जागरण मंच के महा नगर संयोजक तथा चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट सर्वेश बाजपेई ने विस्तृत रूप से आर्थिक पक्षों को प्रतिभागियो के सामने रखा। कार्यक्रम में प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को साफ्ट स्किल और व्यक्तित्व विकास के गुर भी सिखाये गये। इस प्रशिक्षण के संयोजक व विश्वविद्यालय मंे प्रबंधन संकाय के अध्यक्ष प्रो. लवकुश मिश्र ने पर्यटकों के साथ अच्छे बर्ताव पर विस्तार से प्रकाश डाला।
कार्यक्रम में रहा सराहनीय योगदान
कार्यक्रम के प्रारम्भ मे सीआईएसएफ के डिप्टी कमांडट प्रमोद कुमार सिंह ने ताज महल पर आने वाले पर्यटको के व्यवहार और बर्ताव पर विस्तृत चर्चा की। कार्यक्रम के आयोजन मंे इंस्पेक्टर अरविंद कुमार व इंस्पेक्टर जितेन्द्र कुमार तिवारी, कुलदीप यादव, मानव कुमार व अलवीना लाल का विशेष योगदान रहा।
