नए आयकर रिटर्न (ITR) फॉर्म में दिखेंगे ये 10 बदलाव

नई दिल्ली। आयकर विभाग ने आकलन वर्ष 2019-20 के लिए नए आयकर रिटर्न (ITR) फॉर्म को अधिसूचित कर दिया है। पिछले साल की तरह इस साल भी आईटीआर के सात फॉर्म होंगे। आयकर विभाग के ई-फाइलिंग पोर्टल पर आईटीआर-1 तथा आईटीआर-4 फॉर्म पहले से ही उपलब्ध हैं। अन्य फॉर्म के भी पोर्टल पर जल्द उपलब्ध होने की उम्मीद है।

विभाग हर साल आईटीआर फॉर्म्स को अपडेट करता है और नए फॉर्म को अधिसूचित करता है। सामान्यतया नए फॉर्म में पिछले फाइनैंस बिल के अनुसार कर के प्रावधानों में किए गए बदलाव प्रदर्शित होते हैं। आकलन वर्ष 2019-20 के आईटीआर फॉर्म्स में आपको 10 बदलाव मिलेंगे, जिनसे आपको हम नीचे रूबरू कराने जा रहे हैं।

1. फॉर्म की उपयुक्तता
अब ITR-4 फॉर्म का इस्तेमाल कंपनियों के निदेशक, गैर-सूचीबद्ध कंपनियों में शेयर रखने वाले व्यक्ति और एक से अधिक मकान रखने वाले लोग नहीं कर सकेंगे। 2 कॉन्टैक्ट डिटेल्स

अगर आप ITR-1 फॉर्म भरने वाले हैं तो याद रखिए कि भारतीय पता और मोबाइल नंबर लिखना अनिवार्य कर दिय गया है।

3. सैलरी कंपोनेंट्स
सैलरी के अलावा, आपको इसके अन्य कंपोनेंट का भी खुलासा करना होगा। सैलरी से स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन को एक अप्रैल, 2018 से लागू किया गया था। ये बदलाव आईटीआर फॉर्म में प्रदर्शित होंगे। इसके अलावा, सैलरीड एंप्लॉयी को वैल्यू ऑफ परक्विजिट्स, प्रॉफिट इन लियू ऑफ सैलरी, एक्जेम्प्ट अलाउंसेज और इंटरटेनमेंट अलाउंसेज के लिए डिडक्शन, प्रफेशनल टैक्स और स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन को अलग-अलग दर्शाना होगा।

4. हाउस इनकम
अब तक एक से अधिक मकान पर टैक्स देना पड़ता था, लेकिन अब इसका नियम बदल गया है। अब अगर आपके पास दो मकान हैं और दूसरा खाली है, तो उसे भी सेल्फ-ऑक्युपाइड (अपने ही अंदर) ही माना जाएगा और आपको नोशनल रेंट (काल्पनिक किराये) पर टैक्स नहीं देना होगा। इसके लिए ITR-1 तथा ITR-4 में ‘डीम्ड लेट आउट’ के विकल्प का चयन करना होगा। साथ ही, अगर मकान मालिक द्वारा किरायेदार का टीडीएस काटा जाता है तो इस स्थिति में किरायेदार का पैन नंबर भी देना होगा।

5. कैपिटल गेंस
आयकर नियमों के मुताबिक, अगर संपत्ति की कीमत 50 लाख रुपये से अधिक होती है तो इसके खरीदार को एक फीसदी की दर से टीडीएस काटना है। विक्रेता द्वारा ऐसी जानकारी का खुलासा करने के लिए आईटीआर फॉर्म में संशोधन किया गया है। साथ ही, सूचीबद्ध इक्विटी शेयर्स और इक्विटी आधारित म्यूचुअल फंड्स पर लॉन्ग टर्म कैपिटल गेंस एक अप्रैल से टैक्सेबल हो गया है, इसलिए इससे जुड़ा संशोधन भी आईटीआर फॉर्म में नजर आएगा।

6. आय के अन्य स्रोत
अगर आपने बैंक सेविंग्स अकाउंट, फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट्स और इनकम टैक्स रिफंड पर ब्याज से आय का उपार्जन किया है तो इसके बारे में आपको विस्तृत जानकारी देनी होगी।

7. आवास की जानकारी
अगर आप बार-बार विदेश यात्रा पर जाते हैं तो आपको इसके बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी देने की जरूरत पड़ सकती है। अब आवास संबंधी स्टेटस पर केवल सेल्फ-डिक्लयरेशन से ही काम नहीं चलेगा। आपको भारत में तथा विदेश में बिताए गए दिनों की जानकारी भी आयकर विभाग को देनी पड़ेगी।

8. NRI का विवरण
अगर किसी एनआरआई का भारत में आय का कोई स्रोत है तो उसे इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न फाइल करना पड़ेगा। नए आईटीआर फॉर्म में निवास स्थान, टैक्सपेयर्स आइडेंटिफिकेशन नंबर, अगर भारतीय नागरिक हैं या भारतीय मूल के नागरिक हैं तो भारत में कितने दिन रहे इसका विवरण देना होगा।

9. फॉरेन ऐसेट्स
फॉरेन बैंक अकाउंट्स के अलावा, फॉरेन डिपॉजिटरी अकाउंट्स का विवरण भी देना होगा। टैक्स रिटर्न फॉर्म में फॉरेन कस्टोडियल अकाउंट्स, फॉरेन इक्विटी ऐंड डेट की जानकारी, विदेशी मुद्रा ऐर बीमा की जानकारी भी देनी पड़ेगी। ये जानकारियां न देने पर आप मुसीबत में पड़ सकते हैं।

10. अन्य बदलाव
आईटीआर में कई और बदलाव किए गए हैं। अगर आपने किसी धर्मार्थ संस्थान को कोई डोनेशन दिया है और आपको रिटर्न के समय दान राशि की जानकारी देनी होगी। पांच लाख रुपये से अधिक की कृषि आय वाले व्यक्ति को पिन कोड के साथ जिला का नाम, भूमि का विवरण, भूमि अपनी है या किराये पर ली गई है और यह कृषि योग्य है या कुछ और इसका पूरा विवरण देना होगा।
