नई दिल्ली। केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (सीबीएसई) ने इसबार 10वीं और 12वीं का परिणाम रेकॉर्ड समय में घोषित कर सबको सरप्राइज दे दिया था। हालांकि सीबीएसई द्वारा रेकॉर्ड टाइम के भीतर रिजल्ट प्रकाशित करने के पीछे बड़ी प्लानिंग छिपी हुई है। 4 अप्रैल को परीक्षा समाप्त होने के बाद 16 दिन में 1.67 करोड़ कॉपियां जाची गईं। बोर्ड ने मूल्यांकन में कोई चूक नहीं हो इसके लिए फुलप्रूफ तैयारी कर रखी थी। हर एक कॉपी 12 जांचकर्ताओं के हाथ से होकर गुजरी।

इस प्रक्रिया में 1.5 लाख से अधिक जांचकर्ता शामिल थे, जिसमें 1.1 लाख पेपर जांचने वाले अधिकारी थे जो कि 3,000 केंद्रीयकृत सेंटरों पर तैनात थे। हमारे सहयोगी ‘टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया’ ने इस पेचीदा प्रक्रिया की अंदरुनी तस्वीर पेश की है। इस साल इवेलुएशन सेंटर में 40 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की गई जिसके तहत हर दिन औसतन 5.6 लाख आंसर शीट की जांच की गई।

सीबीएसई अधिकारियों ने बताया कि कॉपियों की जांच के लिए पहली बार मूल्यांकन चार्ट बनाया गया था। सीबीएसई कंट्रोलर ऑफ इग्जामिनेशन संयम भारद्वाज ने कहा, ‘दो जांचकर्ता जांच के बाद एक-दूसरे की आंसरसीट का क्रॉस वेरिफिकेशन करते थे। यानी चार जांचकर्ताओं ने 100 आंसरसीट चेक किया और एक हेड इग्जैमिनर और तीन असिस्टेंट हेड इग्जैमिनर के अंदर ऐसा 300 आंसरसीट के साथ हुआ।’

वास्तव में, जिस दिन सोशल साइंस और फिजिकल एजुकेशन की कॉपी का मूल्यांकन किया गया, 1.1 लाख जांचकर्ताओं ने एक ही दिन में 18 लाख कॉपियां जांच लीं।

सीबीएसई के अधिकारियों के अनुसार, केंद्रीय इवेलुएशन सेंटर का नेतृत्व चीफ नोडल सुपरवाइजर (सीएनएस) कर रहे थे। हरेक सीएनएस के अंदर हेड इग्जैमिनर्स (एचई) थे। हरेक एचई , जो कि किसी खास विषय के विशेषज्ञ थे, उन्हें किसी खास पेपर के मूल्यांकन की जिम्मेदारी दी गई थी। प्रत्येक एचई के अंदर चार असिस्टेंट हेड इग्जैमिनर (एएचई) थे, जिनमें से एक को-ऑर्डिनेटर था। प्रत्येक एएचई के अंदर चार जांचकर्ता थे और प्रत्येक को 25 आंसर स्क्रिप्ट जांच के लिए दी गई थी।
