महाराष्ट्र के रत्नागिरी में लगातार हो रही बारिश से टूटा डैम, 6 की मौत, 24 लापता

महाराष्ट्र में आसमान में छाए बादलों और लगातार हो रही बारिश के चलते हालात लगातार बिगड़ रहे हैं। मंगलवार को पुणे के अलावा मुंबई के मलाड और कल्याण में दीवारें गिरने से दो दर्जन से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो गई थी। अब लगातार हो रही बारिश की वजह से रत्नागिरी में भी तिवरे डैम टूट गया है। स्थानीय प्रशासन ने अब तक 6 शव बरामद किए हैं। इस हादसे में अभी भी 22-24 लोग लापता हैं। अभी भी लापता लोगों को बचाने की कोशिश जारी है। डैम टूटने से पास बसे करीब 7 गांवों में बाढ़ आ गई है।

देर रात डैम टूटने के चलते आसपास के इलाकों में अचानक बाढ़ आ गई और डैम के पास बने करीब एक दर्जन घर पूरी तरह बह गए हैं। स्थानीय प्रशासन, पुलिस और वॉलेंटियर्स के अलावा एनडीआरएफ टीम को भी बचाव और राहत कार्य में लगाया गया है। माना जा रहा है कि मरने वालों की संख्या और बढ़ सकती है। अब तक 6 शव बरामद किए गए हैं, जिन्हें पोस्टमॉर्टम के लिए भेजा गया है। तिवरे डैम में बारिश के चलते पहले ही जलस्तर बहुत बढ़ गया था, जिसके बाद यह हादसा हो गया।एनडीआरफ की टीम मौके पर पहुंच गई है। बताया जा रहा है कि यहां एक छोटे से गांव से 23 लोग अभी भी लापता हैं। डैम की क्षमता 0.83 टीएमसी है। फिलहाल स्थानीय लोगों के साथ मिलकर प्रशासन यहां बचाव और राहत कार्य में जुटा हुआ है।

बता दें, इससे पहले मंगलवार सुबह भारी बारिश के बाद मलाड के कुरार इलाके में दीवार गिरने से हुए हादसे में मरने वालों की तादाद 23 पहुंच चुकी है। वहीं, 60 से ज्यादा लोग घायल बताए जा रहे हैं। घायलों का जोगेश्वरी के ट्रॉमा केयर हॉस्पिटल, केईएम हॉस्पिटल, कांदीवली के शताब्दी हॉस्पिटल, मलाड के एमडब्ल्यू देसाई हॉस्पिटल और अंधेरी के कूपर अस्पताल में इलाज किया जा रहा है। वहीं, कल्याण में बारिश के बाद दीवार गिरने से तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई।

मौसम विभाग की मानें तो उत्तर महाराष्ट्र के तट के ऊपर बादलों का असर दक्षिण गुजरात और आसपास के इलाकों में होने की संभावना है। मुंबई में कई जगहों पर भारी बारिश का अनुमान है। साथ ही हाई टाइड का भी अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। राज्य के कई इलाकों में लोगों को घर से मौसम के अपडेट्स देखकर ही निकलने की सलाह दी गई है। ऐसे में साफ है कि बारिश मुंबई समेत राज्य के कई हिस्सों में अभी मुश्किल हालात पैदा कर सकती है।
