मुंबई। महाराष्ट्र के कई शहरों में बारिश का दौर फिर शुरू हो गया है। मंगलवार रात मुंबई में भारी बारिश से कई इलाकों में जलभराव हो गया। ट्रैक डूबने से लोकल ट्रेनों की सेवाओं पर असर पड़ा। मुख्य मार्गों पर जाम के चलते लोगों को ऑफिस जाने में दिक्कत हो रही है। बुधवार सुबह अंधेरी फ्लाईओवर पर भारी बारिश के कारण तीन कारे टकरा गईं, जिसमें 8 लोग जख्मी हो गए। दूसरी ओर, बिहार और असम में बाढ़ की स्थिति चिंताजनक बनी हुई है। बिहार में बाढ़-बारिश से अब तक 106 और असम में 68 मौतें हो चुकी हैं। दोनों राज्यों में 1।09 करोड़ लोग प्रभावित हुऐ हैं

।मुंबई में भारी बारिश के बाद हिंदमाता, दादर, अंधेरी, सायन में सड़कों और रेलवे ट्रेक पर घुटनों से ऊपर पानी भर गया। बुधवार सुबह साढ़े पांच बजे तक कोलाबा में 171 मिमी बारिश हुई, जबकि सांताक्रुज में 58 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की गई। मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, चक्रवात की स्थिति के कारण शहर में अगले दो दिन भारी बारिश होगी। रायगढ़ और रत्नागिरी जिले में गुरुवार को भारी बारिश हो सकती है। यहां जुलाई में औसतन 840 मिमी बारिश होती है, जबकि 8 जुलाई तक 708।7 मिमी बारिश हो चुकी है।

बिहार व अन्य जिलों में बिजली गिरने से 28 लोगो की मौत
पटना, औरंगाबाद, जमुई और भागलपुर समेत 8 जिलों में बिजली गिरने से मंगलवार को 28 लोगों की मौत हो गई। वहीं, बिहार के 12 जिलों में बाढ़ से अब तक 8।85 लाख से ज्यादा की आबादी प्रभावित है। बाढ़ के कारण सीतामढ़ी में 27, मधुबनी में 25, अररिया में 12, शिवहर और दरभंगा में 10-10, पूर्णिया में 9, किशनगंज में 5, सुपौल में 3, पूर्वी चंपारण और मुजफ्फरपुर में 2-2 लोगों की जान गई। राज्य की कोसी, महानंदा, बूढ़ी गंडक, बागमती, अधवारा समूह, कमला बलान और परमान नदी खतरे के निशान से ऊपर बह रही हैं।

हिमाचल और उत्तर प्रदेश में भारी बारिश की चेतावनी

मौसम विभाग ने उत्तर प्रदेश और हिमाचल प्रदेश में अगले 48 घंटों में भारी बारिश की चेतावनी जारी की है। मंगलवार सुबह से शाम तक बांदा में 51 मिमी, बहराइच में 49।4, गोरखपुर में 12।6, उरई में 17, बलिया में 18 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की गई। हिमाचल में मानसून सीजन में अभी तक सामान्य से 39% कम बारिश हुई है। चंबा में 69%, हमीरपुर में 10%, कांगड़ा में 39%, किन्नौर में 69%, कुल्लू में 34%, लाहौल और स्पीति में 94%, मंडी में 48%, शिमला में 18%, सिरमौर में 33%, सोलन में 20% और ऊना में 25% कम बारिश रिकॉर्ड हुई।
