घाटी में मची हलचल पूर्व सीए महबूबा मुफ्ती ने जताई चिंता

कश्मीर। जम्मू में हलचल का माहौल जारी है वही महबूबा मुफ्ती का कहना है की कश्मीर की जनता पर आफत टूट पड़ी है जिसके कारण लोगो को कई मुसीबतो का सामना करना पड़ रहा है और इन्ही हालातो को देखते हुए मुफ़्ती ने भी कहा है कि कश्मीर में क्या होने वाला है उन्हें कुछ पता नहीं चल पा रहा है मुफ़्ती ने राजनितिक दलों पर भी आरोप लगाया है कि सभी की दलों बैठक एक होटल में होने वाली थी लेकिन उसकी बुकिंग पुलिस ने रद्द करा दी है उधर मोदी कि कैबिनेट मीटिंग सोमवार को अचानक कि जा रही है जबकि मंत्री मंडल मीटिंग आम दौर पर बुधवार को कि जाती है

जम्मू-कश्मीर में बड़ी संख्या में अतिरिक्त अर्ध-सैनिक बलों की तैनाती और एक के बाद अडवाइजरी जारी किए जाने से असमंजस की स्थिति बनी हुई है। इसी परिप्रेक्ष्य में कश्मीर को विशेष अधिकार देने वाले संविधान के अनुच्छेद 370 और धारा 35ए को लेकर कई तरह की अटकलें लगाई जा रही हैं। साथ ही, जम्मू-कश्मीर राज्य को जम्मू, कश्मीर और लद्दाख, कुल तीन भागों में विभक्त करने की भी अनौपचारिक चर्चा फिजाओं में गूंज रही है।

केंद्र की तरफ से नहीं मिला कोई आश्वासन

इस बीच महबूबा मुफ्ती ने एक बार फिर 35A या 370 से छेड़छाड़ पर चेतावनी दी है। महबूबा ने कहा, ‘हमने इस देश के लोगों को समझाने का प्रयास किया था कि अगर 35A या 370 से छेड़छाड़ करेंगे तो इसके क्या परिणाम हो सकते हैं। हमने अपील भी की है, लेकिन केंद्र की तरफ से कोई आश्वासन नहीं मिला है। वे ये भी नहीं कह रहे हैं कि सबकुछ ठीक हो जाएगा।’

पुलिस ने अडवाइजरी की जारी

उन्होंने आगे कहा, यहां की राजनीतिक पार्टियों ने रविवार को एक होटल में बैठक करने का फैसला लिया है, लेकिन पुलिस ने अडवाइजरी जारी की है कि होटल में कोई राजनीति क बैठक नहीं की जाए। ऐसे में आज शाम 6 बजे मेरे आवास पर बैठक होगी।’

फारूक अबुल्ला और उमर अब्दुल्ला ने कि चिंता जाहिर

जम्मू-कश्मीर में पिछले कुछ दिनों से जारी हलचल के बीच पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ्ती, नैशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस के नेता फारूक अबुल्ला और उमर अब्दुल्ला भी चिंता जाहिर कर चुके हैं। उमर अब्दुल्ला ने राज्यपाल सत्यपाल मलिक से मुलाकात भी की। हालांकि राज्यपाल ने साफ कहा सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर ये कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।

श्रीनगर के पेट्रोल पंप पूरी तरह से खाली, एटीएम पर लगी लंबी लाइनें

उधर जारी हलचल के बीच अनिश्चितता के माहौल में घाटी के जरूरी सामानों के स्टॉक कर रहे हैं। शनिवार को पेट्रोल पंपों पर लंबी कतारें लगी नजर आईं, जबकि एटीएम पर भी लोगों की लंबी लाइनें लगी रहीं। एक पेट्रोल पंप कर्मचारी मंजूर अहमद खान ने बताया कि श्रीनगर में पेट्रोल पंप पूरी तरह से खाली हो गए और लोग उत्तरी कश्मीर के जिलों से ईंधन खरीदने की कोशिश करते रहे।

यात्रियों को वापस भेजने के प्रयास,विमानों की व्यवस्था जारी

अधिकारियों ने अमरनाथ यात्रियों और पर्यटकों को वापस भेजने के प्रयास तेज कर दिए हैं। सड़क परिवहन प्रणाली के साथ-साथ वायु सेना के विमानों की व्यवस्था भी गई है। एक सरकारी सूत्र ने कहा, ‘हम यत्रियों और पर्यटकों को घाटी छोड़ने के लिए 72 घंटे का समय दे रहे हैं।’
