  • Spreading Relief and Happiness Among Women Amid Global Economic Challenges

Agra : On Wednesday, during a special program organized by Kishor Exports, Kishor Shakti Foundation (the social welfare foundation of Kishor Exports) undertook a remarkable initiative towards women empowerment and social support by distributing sarees, dresses, suits and bridal lehengas to more than 3000 women across its Agra and Ranchi units.
As part of this special initiative, bridal lehengas and special bridal outfits were also gifted to young women who are soon getting married, symbolizing dignity, happiness and support as they begin a new chapter in life.
Sneh Lata Agarwal, Founder of Kishor Exports, said that the initiative was organized during the auspicious occasion of Purushottam Maas (Adhik Maas) and Ekadashi with the objective of spreading hope, respect and smiles among women during times marked by global tensions, war-like situations and economic uncertainty.
She said that the world today is going through a phase of global stress and economic challenges. India’s Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had also recently spoken about the impact of global conditions on the Indian economy. In such times, bringing even a small amount of happiness into the life of someone in need brings the greatest satisfaction.
Attractive garments worth approximately ₹500 to ₹5000 were distributed among women and young girls through the organization’s Agra and Ranchi units.
Sneh Lata Agarwal said, “Our aim has never been only to manufacture garments, but also to make women self-dependent, respected and empowered. When a woman becomes strong, the entire family and society become stronger.”
She further shared that Kishor Exports, established in 1979, has today grown into a leading company providing employment to thousands of people and has been actively working in the areas of women empowerment, social welfare and sustainability for many years.
Prominent people present during the event included Sneh Lata Agarwal, Sakshi Agarwal, Kopal Agarwal and Aditya Singhal.
