पणजी। केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा है कि गोवा के मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंत के लिए गठबंधन सरकार चलाना मुश्किल है। गठबंधन के सदस्यों को एकजुट रखना चुनौती है। यहां के विधायकों ने दलबदल के मामले में देश के सारे रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए हैं।
गडकरी गुरुवार को पणजी सीट पर होने वाले उपचुनाव में भाजपा प्रत्याशी सिद्धार्थ कुंकोलिंकर के समर्थन में सभा करने आए थे। यह सीट मनोहर पर्रिकर के निधन से खाली हुई थी। यहां 19 मई को वोटिंग है। गडकरी ने कहा कि भविष्य में गोवा के विकास के लिए स्थायी सरकार का होना जरूरी है।

‘मुख्यमंत्री के सामने रहेगी चुनौती’
गडकरी के मुताबिक, ‘‘अगर पर्रिकर के विजन को आगे ले जाने की बात करें तो मुख्यमंत्री सावंत की आगे की यात्रा आसान नहीं होगी। उनके लिए सहयोगियों को साधना चुनौती रहेगी। अगर राज्य में अस्थिरता रहेगी तो विकास की गति पर असर पड़ेगा। लिहाजा उपचुनाव का सरकार का स्थायित्व से सीधा संबंध है।’’
‘‘राज्य की अपनी एक सांस्कृतिक और बौद्धिक पहचान है, इसके बावजूद यहां विधायकों का टूटकर अलग होना सामान्य सी बात है। मुझे लगता है कि गोवा में अमेरिका का असर है। वहां (अमेरिका में) शादियां नहीं होतीं। रिश्ते को लेकर वे इधर-उधर होते रहते हैं, मानो बगीचे में टहल रहे हों। वे हमेशा हरियाली की तलाश में होते हैं। ऐसा ही गोवा के विधायक करते हैं।’’

‘मैं नहीं चाहता था कि पर्रिकर गोवा जाएं’
उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि पर्रिकर ने बड़ी कुर्बानी दी। वे रक्षा मंत्री का पद छोड़कर राज्य के लोगों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री बने। मैं व्यक्तिगत तौर पर नहीं चाहता था कि वे गोवा की राजनीति में लौटें। लेकिन गोवा उनके दिल में बसता था। वे हमेशा अपने लोगों के लिए ही काम करना चाहते थे।
केंद्रीय मंत्री के मुताबिक- कांग्रेस ने उपचुनाव में अतानासियो मोंसेरात को उम्मीदवार बनाया है, उनपर दुष्कर्म समेत कई आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं। गोवा के पूर्व संघ प्रमुख सुभाष वेलिंगकर भी गोवा सुरक्षा मंच (जीएसएम) के टिकट पर चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। यह भी दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।

विधानसभा की स्थिति
40 सदस्यीय गोवा विधानसभा में इस वक्त 36 विधायक हैं। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर पर्रिकर का 17 मार्च को और एक अन्य भाजपा विधायक फ्रांसिस डिसूजा का पिछले महीने निधन हो गया था। कांग्रेस के 2 विधायकों सुभाष शिरोडकर और दयानंद सोप्टे ने पिछले साल इस्तीफा दे दिया था।
