हेग । इंटरनेशनल कोर्ट ऑफ जस्टिस भारतीय नागरिक कुलभूषण जाधव मामले में आज फैसला सुनाएगा। पाकिस्तान ने जाधव को मृत्युदंड दिया है। जाधव एक रिटायर्ड भारतीय नौसेना अधिकारी हैं। उन्हें पाकिस्तान की सेना अदालत ने जासूसी और आतंकवाद के आरोप में अप्रैल 2017 में मौत की सजा सुनाई थी।
भारत ने मई 2017 में आईसीजे के समक्ष यह मामला उठाया। पाकिस्तान पर जाधव को काउंसलर न मुहैया करवाने का आरोप लगाया। भारत ने जाधव (48) के खिलाफ पाकिस्तानी सेना के ट्रायल को भी चुनौती दी। आईसीजे ने 18 मई 2017 को पाकिस्तान पर जाधव के खिलाफ फैसला आने तक किसी भी तरह की कार्रवाई किए जाने को लेकर रोक लगाई।
फरवरी में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अदालत ने इस मामले में चार दिन सुनवाई की। इस दौरान भारत-पाकिस्तान ने अपनी-अपनी दलीलें पेश कीं। भारत ने अपने केस का आधार दो बड़ी बातों को बनाया। इनमें वियना संधि के अंतर्गत काउंसलर एक्सेस और मामले को हल करने की प्रक्रिया शामिल है।
भारत ने कहा- जाधव की मौत की सजा रद्द की जाए। उन्हें तुरंत रिहा करने के आदेश दिए जाएं। पाकिस्तानी सेना के द्वारा सुनाया गया फैसला पूरी तरह से हास्यास्पद है। वे प्रक्रिया के न्यूनतम मूल्यों को भी प्रदर्शित नहीं कर पाए।
पाकिस्तान का कहना है कि भारतीय नौसेना अधिकारी जाधव एक बिजनेसमैन नहीं बल्कि एक जासूस है। पाक ने दावा कि हमारी सेना ने 3 मार्च 2016 को बलूचिस्तान से जाधव को गिरफ्तार किया था। वह ईरान से पाकिस्तान में दाखिल हुआ था।
